A volume with some really cute moments between Shinichi and Ran which somewhat overshadow the actual cases. Definitely more character focused than plot focused, although there are some clever stories included here. Special shoutout to the second case which has a great mystery and a really adorable ending. It's about what you expect from Detective Conan / Case Closed; murder, fun characters and interactions, and a lot of inconvenient timing.

¿Aoyama lo ha vuelto a hacer? Aoyama lo ha vuelto a hacer. Volvemos al statu quo porque la trama no puede avanzar, pero bueno, es lo típico ya en esta serie. En general, me gusta que varios de los casos continúen lo anterior con respecto a la transformación de Shinichi y las dudas de Ran. El tomo parece más cohesionado si se une a la trama principal.
Caso white-washed Heiji VS Cianuro Helado (Parte II): todo correcto. La tensión de la transformación funciona muy bien para añadir un extra de intensidad a un caso que, para lo que es, no se diferencia mucho del de la boda del té de limón. No me termina de convencer que la resolución de ambos sea similar (y, en realidad, una sombra de aquel tanto en emoción como en ejecución del caso), pero una vez más Aoyama suple las carencias con diálogos muy bien escritos, personajes interesantes y una unión con la trama principal bastante tensa.
Caso "Los Videojuegos Son el Demonio": una vez más, no es de los mejores casos, pero la tensión de la transformación se hace palpable y, joder, he invertido más de lo que esperaba en los personajes; el tomo logra hacer que me sienta mal por que no logren sus objetivos. Sobre el caso en cuestión, me parece un movimiento maestro que sepamos quién es el asesino desde el inicio para no distraer de la trama principal al tiempo que se refuerza la tensión. Lo importante ya no es descubrir quién ni cómo, sino la forma de no dejar escapatoria al asesino a través de las evidencias. Final tope triste, eso sí; Aoyama, ¿podrías dejar de joder a Ran y a Shinichi, por favor? Gracias, te quiero.
Caso "No Me Koto-ques los Cojones, Filatélico": ahí está. Volvemos a los casos de siempre con las mismas virtudes (diálogos, tensión, caso genialmente pensado) y defectos (alguna que otra casualidad, todo va demasiado rápido). Se queda bastante a medias por tema de personajes.
Como se puede ver, no me parece de los mejores tomos, pero los primeros dos casos funcionan de lujo no solo por lo bueno de Aoyama; también porque es capaz de mezclar trama principal con casos aleatorios sin perder en ninguno de los dos aspectos.

No cliffhangers in this volume. The excitement from the previous volume continues right where we left off, with more twists and turns than you might expect ;)
Case 1: As Conan recovers from his injuries, he grapples with the decision to tell Rachel the truth. Meanwhile, Rachel has a play to perform, but it's interrupted with murder. But who are all these mysterious people joining in solving the case?
The suspense in this one! While Conan is on the road to recovery, he has to choose whether or not to tell Rachel. Or are those his only options? I definitely remember being so surprised the first time I read this one, haha. Lots of twists you don't expect! (Including with the murder!) Really great case and an absolutely shocking ending :o
Case 2: Things appear to be back to normal, and while there is an adjustment period, it's like a breath of fresh air. However, after inviting Rachel out to a special dinner, a murder interrupts an important conversation our hero wants to have.
I knew this was coming, but my heart was still not prepared! ;o; It was one of the rare cases where we see the crime take place, which can be fun now and again. I thought the method was a clever idea, and of course, easily solved by our boy. But the real story was what surrounded the case--the dinner with Rachel. The suspense around it was well done, though heart-breaking to read. I won't say more than that!
Case 3: A woman arrives at Richard's office asking for help finding her pen-pal, or rather, pager-pal. (For the kids, that's like old school texting technology.) They're all intrigued, and after tracking the pager to a family, they discover it was the late grandfather who was the pen-pal. However, while visiting, strange events occur, and someone gets injured. And what is this about a hidden family treasure?
Very cute case with this one, even if a little sad. But I loved the idea of the pager-pals. Short but sweet little mystery to close up the volume. And a nice resting spot on the 100+ volume leg of a journey. ^^;

Schinichi ist wieder zurück, aber nicht für lange und nachdem er noch in seiner alten Gestalt einen Fall löst, verwandelt er sich wieder in Conan und muss weiter darauf hoffen, geheilt zu werden. Aber Zeit zum Trübsal blasen ist keine da: Eine Frau sucht mit Kogoros Hilfe ihren Brieffreund und es kommt zu einigen mysteriösen Vorkommnissen. Geht wirklich der Geist eines alten Mannes in dem Haus um oder wer hat da seine Finger im Spiel ?
Meine Meinung:
Der 26. Band der Detektiv Conan Reihe unterhielt mich wirklich sehr gut, auch wenn es trotz der Ereignisse kein Highlight ist. Es kommen zwei Fälle vor, wobei der erste eine Fortsetzung aus dem letzten Band ist und wirklich sehr lange geht. Als Manga gefiel es mir ein klein wenig besser, auch wenn es sehr schön war, Schinichi mal wieder in seiner wahren Gestalt zu erleben. Insgesamt mochte ich es sehr gerne, aber irgendwie hat mir einfach etwas gefehlt.
Im ersten Fall ist Conan wieder als Schinichi unterwegs und könnte nicht glücklicher sein. Als er Ran in einem schicken Restaurant seine Gefühle gestehen will, kommt es zu einem Mord, bei dem der Direktor einer Firma im Aufzug erschossen wird. Trotz seiner Länge gefiel mir dieser Fall sehr gut und es war auch mal erfrischend, von Anfang an den Täter zu kennen. Schinichi in Aktion ist einfach ein echtes Highlight und ich fand es trotz des Wissens, wer es war, sehr spannend und interessant, wie er diese Person überführte. Die Scharade von ihm und Ai war unterhaltsam und ich hatte mir ein schöneres Ende gewünscht, auch wenn es dann ganz schnell mit dieser Reihe zuende gegangen wäre, was ich dann doch wieder gut finde.
Im zweiten und letzten Fall sucht die junge Haruna die Hilfe von Kogoro. Er soll ihren Brieffreund ausfindig machen, der ihr ein merkwürdiges Geschenk hinterließ und sich seitdem nicht mehr gemeldet hat. Sie finden seine Adresse raus und erleben eine Überraschung nach der nächsten, vor allem, als der unheimliche Schatten eines alten Mannes durch den Flur rauscht und einer der Enkel überfallen wird. Aber nichts ist so, wie es scheint und manche Geheimnisse werden gelüftet. Mir hat dieser Fall super gefallen und ich liebte diese Mysterienote sehr. Obwohl ich es bereits als Anime kannte, fieberte ich dennoch mit und fand das Rätsel um den Schatten spannend und interessant. Die Auflösung gefiel mir und es war super, dass es einfach mal etwas anderes war.
Der Zeichenstil gefiel mir wieder sehr und ich hatte keine Probleme, dem Geschehen zu folgen. Toll war es, wie genau die Mimik der Charaktere dargestellt wurde und man immer ein gutes Gefühl für den Fall hatte.
Fazit:
Zwei sehr interessante und spannende Fälle, die mich unterhielten, aber dennoch fehlte mir irgendwie das gewisse Extra. Beide mochte ich als Anime einfach lieber, vielleicht ist es das. case 1: After being shot Conan needs a blood transfusion. Ran instantly offers her blood. She doesn´t know Conan´s blood type but she knows she has the same as Shinichi. She might be on to him.
A plan is forged to get her on the wrong track. When Shinichi changes back in his body a murder ahppens and he needs to expose himself to everyone. - this is one of my favourite cases throughout all the mangas so far. It´s awesome and I read it like 5 times and watched it as an anime like 10 times.
case 2: Shinichi´s transformation seems to be permanent. He nvited Ran for dinner to tell her something important. However, in the same restaurant a murder occurs.
case 3: A younf woman comes into the detective agency because she received an expensive gift that she would like to give back to the giver. However that person wasn´t able to give the gift- so who gave it to her? An d suddenly an injury happens when they find the family the gift belongs to.

Salapoliisi Conanin 26. kirja jatkaa siitä, mihin 25. kirja jätti meidät. Eli aikamoiseen cliffhangeriin. Vaikka toisaalta tavallaan tietää, miten tarinassa tulee käymään, koska näitähän on jotain 70 osaa 😅
Kirjoissa pidetään hyvin taustatarinaa pinnalla ja saadaan siihen uusia kuvioita ja käänteitä. Kuitenkaan ei unohdeta sitä, että nämä ovat dekkareita, joissa pääosassa ovat useimmiten murhan selvittäminen.
Kirjailija jaksaa keksiä hyviä juonukuvioita ja mielenkiintoisia ympäristöjä. Samalla usein kirjan lopussa tutustutaan johonkin toiseen kirjamaailman dekkaristiin. Tällä kertaa esitellään Perry Mason. Joka on myös yksi omista suosikeista. Esittelyt ovat kiva lisä ja varsinkin kun ovat vain sivun pituisia. Ne toimivat innoituksena tutustumaan uusiin kirjailijoihin ja kirjasarjoihin, joka on aina hyvä asia.

To be honest I owe those who read my volume 25 review an apology. While I didn't feel as if volume 25 ended abruptly, this volume is a straight continuation of volume 25s story. And this may be the single longest story of the series up to this point. Conan wakes up in the hospital, recovering from the wound he sustained in the previous book. It appears Rachel has concluded that Conan is in fact Jimmy!?! Meanwhile, while Conan continues recovering, a new murder interrupts Rachel's play and you see Conan and Jimmy...AT THE SAME TIME! The final story of this volume involves a father passing away and the search is now on for the gentleman's VERY valuable stamp! When money is involved...no one is beyond reproach in this fun Case Closed. Another great installment!

Good thing I did not read the reviews here first, as most spoil the best part of this volume. I really enjoyed this one. Conan's size problem plot is the best part of this book. I really recommend the entire series as a great manga. This volume really doesn't stand on its own, as you need to know the whole story to get the most punch out of this book. The final story arc is not a murder mystery, which is a refreshing change.
For those seeking a rest area on the long, long highway that is the 90+ volumes of Detective Conan, this volume does not end on a cliffhanger. You can pause here and pick up later if so inclined.

Relecture.
Un des meilleurs tomes.
- la suite de l'affaire du retour dangereux, les "menaces" de Ai
- l'affaire de la pièce de théâtre de la fête du lycée, avec Shinichi, Heiji et Ai en tant que Conan, une très bonne affaire avec un bon stratègeme
- l'affaire du meurtre lors du dîner au restaurant, Shinichi redevient Conan
- l'affaire de la boîte à musique, une affaire légère et sans meurtre, rafraîchissante après plusieurs chapitres bourrés de rebondissements et de danger

This one could have been called Detective Shinichi! Ran suspects Conan to be really Shinichi, and in order to keep her from the danger of the organization killing her to get at him, Ai helps to hatch a plan. At Ran's play someone in the audience is murdered; later, at a restaurant someone is.... murdered. Later still, Mori is hired to discover the value in a music box, until someone is.... not murdered, just hurt a little!

An overall okay volume, but not the most memorable. The only exception is the last case of the volume, and that's mostly because it wasn't a murder mystery, but just a mystery mystery, which is a rare one for this series. I also think it's a bit of fun parallel to draw between Shinichi and his dad in, I believe, the second case. But still really not something I'm going to be thinking about as I keep reading the series.

Lanjutan dari Conan tertembak di Conan 25, ternyata Ran sudah curiga kalau Conan itu adalah Sinichi Kudo. Dua kasus pembunuhan terjadi di buku ini,. Kasus kedua agak unik karena pembaca sudah dari awal sudah dikasih tahu siapa pelakunya dan Conan ditantang untuk membuktikan kalau orang itulah pelakunya. Dan Conan masih harus berpikir lagi bagaimana agar identitasnya tidak ketahuan oleh Ran.

Shinichi returns if only for a while. Sweet Ran always ready and waiting. As always, the various mysteries are masterfully constructed. Some of the plates are beautiful. I liked the case of the music box, this time without a murder. But there will be more to come.
