A short book outlining principles and topics for small talks, conversations that increase trust and social network. Author cites some research and gives helpful advice. A good and quick read for anyone interested to learn more about how to establish rapport and trust with other people.

it is focused on business small talk. aka sales and cold calls. Not much for socially awkward folks compared to fine tuning salesmen.

Mostly good reminders of stuff I pretty much already knew. Some finer points were good to relearn, like how to introduce people to each other.
