It was just supposed to be a painting job in a high end neighborhood until the undead landscapers showed up. Then along came the damsel in distress, recently escaped from a serial killer and total chaos ensues. See what happens when a hapless construction crew is attacked by zombies. The living and the undead clash again in this prequel to ‘The Beast and the Walking Dead.

I really liked this story because I'd never seen the set of circumstances in a zombie novel before. Under Construction is about a small construction crew doing a large painting job that keeps them occupied all day, while the zombies start to take over. They come away from the job unwittingly in the middle of it all. It was a fun action filled romp.
