This book while informative was just a basic introduction in what to think about as you get ready to begin to become a landlord. The reasons this book did not receive five stars though were due to every few paragraphs having a pitch for a website to further answer your questions. I have not viewed the website so I cannot attest as to wether this is a sales pitch for it or just an informative site offering more in-depth information.
I thought this book answered many questions and concerns that I had. After reading it, I feel I have a clear sense going into the landlord business. It was helpful.
