Me sorprende muchísimo la mala documentación que hace una compañía que nació, esencialmente, como tienda de libros.
En primer lugar, el "libro" es básicamente un refrito de la documentación existente vía web, lo que implica necesariamente información duplicada y sin depurar. Del enorme volumen del libro puede eliminarse sin problemas el 80%. Pero hay que leerlo completo para saber qué páginas sí y qué páginas no.
Eso sí, el contenido "bueno", el 20%, es excelente. Proporciona mucha información vital para el manejo del servicio y algunos datos difíciles de encontrar en otro sitio.

¿Sería mucho pedirle a Amazon que dedicara personal para generar documentación kindle 100% efectiva?
