A surprisingly helpful book that goes into the technicalities of making some quilts that look complicated, but are more about colour theory than (mostly) intricate technique. The tips and tricks are things that I would have found really helpful as a beginner, but the drafting info in particular is something I've really appreciated!

Complete quilting how-to, including drafting your own patterns and templates. Great long term resource book for the dedicated quilter.
