Very practical and useful for both inside and outside work. The book covers most of the basics on influence, credibility, assertiveness and even has a good chapter on personality theory which provides good techniques for managing different personality types.

The author's style is very casual and makes the book very accessible and easy to read.

Excellent book. Really helped me in developing my influence as well as why I sometimes react the way I do with others. The 60 plus positive influencing techniques at the back were particularly helpful.
