I really enjoyed this story. It's just a perfect love story for ya's. I prefer something a bit more adult. Now saying that, this is an interesting story about the 1800's, where most of the men are chauvinistic pigs and rich ones believed the world revolved around them and their money. The vampire hero, Will, is kind, patient, & protective, (just how we all like a man). Ok, I like mine a little more dom, but that's off the subject. Violet is so much like you'd expect from a 17 yr old woman of those times. Sweet, innocent, & very naive. There are good & bad vampires & this story starts to give you the background of something important happening. I read this because it was free, but now I want to read the next book .

A Unique Story

Wow I suppose I can honestly say that ' Blood Gaurdians', was a great read. Set in the Rustic West. Now, I am not much for Westerns, however, I really enjoyed the book. Thank you Heidi for your dreams and imagination. For a good Vampire storyline, Read The Book.

I liked it. It was just so easy to read. Though of course there were some errors and all but hey, no harm done. It still is a good story. I like Will—such a charming and caring man. He would do anything to protect the one he loves (though maybe he doesn't realize it yet). I like Violet too.. I think in the end she would save the day—like Bella from Twilight, she would become one of the most powerful vampires ever.

Waste

I am really glad this was a e-book. I was disappointed in the ending, the story and the grammar. Overall, even though I read this to the end. It definitely wasn't for me. I hate I wasted the time it took to finish it.

This book i can imagine a few people will really like, and i for the most part enjoyed it. I think the idea of the watcher is brilliant and the introduction into the vampire society was done beautifully. (Vampire horses too....

My reason for 3 stars is there was no real story line, just two vampires trying to get to the east by running and sleeping,Newly turned vamp getting away from a dude she doesn't really know... and the newly turned vamp fawning over a cat.

I probably wont carry on as it is a bit slow for me, i ended up skim reading alot as characters kept getting shot then spent pages babbling on about the bullets and how they will be fine as long as its not silver.....
