When the identity of the traitor in Kiam's clique is revealed justice is served swiftly and with no mercy, sending a message to the others that betrayal will be met with death. But has Kiam really uncovered the treacherous one in his midst or is the true culprit of disloyalty and larceny still hidden behind her beauty and guile, sacrificing her sister to save herself? With so many secrets untold and many new and dangerous alliances being formed what will happen when things heat up in the streets and jealousy and hidden agendas begin to rear their ugly heads? When beauty can no longer hide the evil within who will feel the wrath of deadly silence?
I don't even like Lissha I knew something was up with her and Big Zo . And the women who she been arguing with is her mom. I still think it was Lissa who shot Faydrah she was dumb anyways to not get the gun like wth girl ? U that stupid . Hopefully Waleek doesn't get killed or Kiam and em idc about Lissa though but maybe it was Xyna that killed Faydrah I'll find out in part 3
Wow, the plot in this series is genius!!! It was sad and exciting at the same damn time!!! Blood Money is the truth, they got the city on pins and needles!!! Great job Ca$h!!!
ALL I AM GOING TO SAY IS PART 3 BETTER HURRY UP!! I AM SO PISSED RIGHT NOW. Which is a testament to the authors BUT STILL REALLY... ALL I KNOW IS SOME HEADS BETTER ROLL IN. PART 3 STARTING WITH AN OLD HEAD FIRST!!! .. Another Must read
WOW WOW WOW AMAZING I'M EXCITED TO READ PART 3 BUT SCARED AT THE SAME TIME TO SEE WHATS YET TO COME. THIS BOOK IS AMAZING, THIS WHOLE SERIES IS AMAZING, NOW ITS TIME FOR THE NEXT TO UNLOCK ALL THE TRUTH!!!
This book was the bomb it kept me guessing and everything i thought i was so wrong i love cash's writing style man this is flame for real. Lissha is a messy bitch and bay love her to death she is my favorite character . im too grown for a thug but this makes me crave a boss like keim baby
I was trying to leave a review on book 3 but it wouldn't let me, so I'll leave it here. I was so glad when Kiam finally some up and realized what was going on around him. Something told me who the true traitor was. The book would have you thinking it's the one with no soul when in reality it was the furthest thing from the truth. It was a good series.
Wow the deceit and betrayal. Who do you trust. Liasha and Big Zo that was a shocker. I will be glad when Kiam figure every thing out and what happened to Faydrah they really going to feel his nobody was safe.
Mannnn this threw surprises at every corner. I listened to this one on audible and the suspense was killing me. These authors know how to deliver. I couldn’t wait to get to number 3.
The deceit and the murder game is off the hook. Kiam murder game will intense and the truth of deception will shock him. Juju and the twins maybe the ones he can trust.
It's really just the endings that keep me wanting to finish the next book. There's just not enough in the story to grasp and want more, other than the ending.
Things are even hotter and the stakes are much higher in part two of the Trust No Bitch series. Kiam is still holding it down as the loyal, ruthless street king, even while lovingly tending to his home and woman. A band of murderous robberies have taken place, leaving the city on high alert. No one seems to know anything about the Blood Money crew who are jacking folks for the money and leaving almost no one alive to tell about it.
But there is treachery in Kiam’s camp. As he deals full out with his team and other street urchin trying to dominate the arena, guns are slinging and people are ending up missing. The message is clear: Kiam is not to be messed with!
Big Zo is up to his usual games of manipulation and control. No one is exempt as this selfish man thinks only of himself and will use anyone as a pawn to get what he wants. It’s every man for himself….whether he (or she) knows it or not.
The ties between a parent and child can be a hard one to sever, especially when the parent’s sole intent is to control everything in his path. Pulling away and being true to oneself can be dangerous, even deadly. But what’s a girl to do with a lonely heart and a desire for more than big houses, fancy cars and endless trips to the mall. There has to be more to life than that. Big Zo continues to puppet Lissha, giving her everything but the one thing she truly wants. In this game of cat and mouse, soldiers on all sides are falling left and right. It’s hard to know who to trust. Who will survive? This book had me at times feeling a love/hate type reaction to certain characters. It just goes to show that there is good and evil inside every person and answers are never black and white. There are a million shades of gray that make us who we are and that affects what we do.
Ca$h and Nene weave stories so intense a reader has to stop for a moment and just sigh. Many people are about that life. It always amazes me how the costs to play never seems to counted until someone close dies or the feds drop down and take a person’s freedom. I’m not judging. It just makes me wonder how can we reach people before it comes to that. There are always so many lessons in the books these two write that if heeded could change a whole generation and how urban life is lived. Another 5 star read. Can’t wait to see how it all comes to a head in book 3.
I love this series! I am soo into it that I am sad that I'm on the last one. I can't believe the things I pieced together in this part, definitely a great book with all the twists and turns I never saw some these things coming. But damn Big Zo is definitely not who I thought he was at all. Kiam better watch his back. I'm saddened at the fact that Faydrah is dead along with their baby, Everyone is going to feel it now. I know Kiam is going to go off. Onto the last book with all the answers!
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
This was a good series. The characters were fairly developed and the plot moved along at a good pace. I listened to all 3 books in the space of a week. The plot became visible in book 2 and you had an inkling of the "traitor(s) as well. I guessed 2 of the 3 surprises. I don't want to go into too much detail and give away what happens. The series was entertaining and Kiam, Juju and the twins were favorites.
Another page turner! Well thought out and written follow up to Trust No Bitch. Kiam is portrayed as a more deadlier force as revenge killings are taking place. After a devasting killing hits home, he really turns up the heat. Exciting read that you keep your attention to the end. Looking forward to part 3!
Once again Ca$h and Nene Capri did not disappoint. So many unanswered questions but at the same time a lot was revealed that left me in awe. I'm hoping the ending of the book was just to keep us readers on our toes. Once again very good read I highly recommend.
Cash and Nene you have both done it again...I am screaming for more when I reached the last page! Hurry up Part III it's time to put some heads on the table
