This sizzling trio of BFFS and boothangs bring sure fire ratchet drama and sass with colorful bursts of erotic scenery. Meet Kenya, Bird and Deidre. Three chicks with three very different stories. First up to bat is Miss Kenya, the self titled classy and fashionable down south chick with sass for days. She is a working single mother and student, who after two years of a shelved sex life, feels her frozen hot pocket is overdue on getting scorched. After a long and strong relationship with herself and “her toys”, her desire for human contact has become imminent. Being pulled in so many different directions, she barely has time to date, much less carry out a relationship with someone, but she can not shake the nagging urge to hit the sheets with someone other than Mario, her favorite vibrator. She quickly sets her sights on an unlikely target the father of her son’s best friend, who also happens to be married. Things get very hot and sticky, but is she bold enough to go all the way?
While Kenya is trying to figure out if she will be a side chick, her best friend, Bird is engulfed in a battle against a side chick trying to keep her husband. She is ready to get down and dirty and go to all out war for her man, but after finding herself fighting a losing battle, she jumps ships and lands into the arms of another man. Determined to find out if the old adage of getting over one man by getting under another reins true, Bird finds herself in the crossfire.
All I could do is laugh at these 3 friends. I'm glad they share that bond and always there for each other. Microwaveable though? Oh Ms. Kenya is something else! As for Bird, I need part 2 to see what happens. That was crazy. I just hope she realizes Jason would be a much better choice than her no good husband. It's funny how you can hurt a person but as soon as they let go and find someone else, you miss and want them back.
This was a good read I enjoyed it! These ladies are drama, I hope in the next one we get to see what Deidre is up to. I really hope that Bird & Jason work things out because I really like him for her instead of Donnell, once a cheater always a cheater. Good read overall off to part 2.
It was ok short book. It shows you how life can really be unfair but how some men really are. Men can't except when women want to move on. And ladies need to stop being narrow minded when you know what's going on with the other woman, don't bother to take him back. He doesn't deserve to have you anyway, there are more men out there that will treat you good and would glad to have a good wife. She shouldn't have invited her friend over her house either, she should have went to his house so she wouldn't have gotten interrupted. Then she fainted what an ending.
This is my first reading from MJ. I can't wait to start part 2. These women are crazy as hell. I hope Benita and Jason work on them cause I can't stand her to be with Donnell's cheating pass. He has something up his selves. I want to know more about James and Kenya. I'm moving to part 2 now
I chose a rating of three cause to me bird and Donnell was the main characters. but it talked about three friends. it should have been a little more about them too.
Pretty decent. Some scenes were slow and made me kinda skim but it got interesting toward the end. Benita really messed up. I'm intrigued to find out what Kenya saw. It's enough to make me read part 2
She was with her husband since high school and she knew he cheated many times, he went to work one day and never came home she found out that he moved in with his girlfriend, now that she has a new friend ( he doesn't know that) he wants to come home and be a family again ,she decides that she deserves to have a fling and tells her friend to come over, now both men show up at the same time
