very inspirational book, contains a lot of information on issues such as the three cauldrons from the cauldron of poesy, imbas and how to find it, and lots of very imaginative exercises to get your inspiration flowing. very imaginative and easy to follow, with plenty of depth. would really suit anyone following the bardic path.
