The small rural town of Forest Lakes was a close-knit community full of local families who all knew each other and raised their children surrounded by friendship and comradery. Most of the children grew up attending school together and had plans for the future that included graduating from high school together and celebrating the upcoming college life. It was a community where the guys played football on Friday nights and the girls celebrated by cheering them on. That all changed in the blink of an eye as these beautiful young girls became the target of an obsessed killer who became taunted and aroused by their innocent flirtatious ways. This once quiet community is suddenly the target of a serial killer that rapes and murders these girls filling everyone with fear, uncertainty, and distrust as they are attacked one-by-one. Who among them is stalking these girls to fulfill their own inner desires and fantasies? The most obvious choices rise to the top…but some things are not so obvious.
Horrible editing, had to re-read the sentences to just make it correct. Storyline isn't bad, but needs a lot of work to correct police procedures, and believable conversations. I won't recommend this book till it's been corrected.
Very poorly written and edited. Lots of grammatical errors, but also mistakes in general. Guessed ending 1/4 of the way through. Not sure why I bothered finishing.
Well written, good story line. Enjoyed it immensely. Would recommend this book to all mystery readers. Definitely worth getting to read it free,, with the understanding I would write a review when finished.
