This is an excellent health book for men and the women in their lives. I got it for my husband and then read it cover to cover myself. Well-written, informative, helpful, and easy to read. I've recommended it to several girlfriends who have questions and/or concerns about their husbands' health.
Actually not what i was expecting, thought this was just going to be an out and out sex manual but you should never judge a book by its cover, it deals with all variations and degrees of erectile dysfunction and how it can be changed not just with drugs but natural herbal remedies, a change in lifestyle and diet. Also included are meals and diet planners, lists of exercises that will help to keep the overall body healthy and reduce the risk of heart disease and many other ailments, all in all more of a sexual health book than just a smutty manual. An interesting read.

Great book about the correlation between a Man's sexual health and overall general physical health. The doctor also provides exercise information, supplement information and diet information for helping a man even late in the years to enjoy an active sexual life, overall not bad
Men need to attend to their weight and their fitness and their overall health and if they do, sexual readiness and performance will likely follow. Now that's motivation!
