The information presented in this book is fantastic. Dr. Stanway goes in-depth on everything there is to do with tea from preparing, blending, and steeping, to the compounds found in the different teas and their effects on the human body.

My only complaint with this book is how the information is organized. In addition to being "practical tips" I would like them to be easy to reference. When looking for information on a certain herb or spice, you have to navigate between several sections of the book in order to find the various components and each of their effects.

Aside from that personal issue, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who likes to drink tea.

I didn’t necessarily agree with the order in which some of the information was written. I felt like I might have understood some things better had certain sections been placed before or after others, but I love this book. It’s so informative and mostly makes sense. I’d give this a 4.5 if I had the chance. I definitely want to purchase it for future use.
