Oh, this was fun. We're in Draco's head for the whole story, and that's a delightfully disturbed and deliciously delusional place to be for these events.
The story begins with Pansy sharing a rumor with Draco that Ginny's accused Harry of being gay. Draco decides to confront Harry about this... in a hallway filled with students. As can be expected, it quickly becomes an argument and when Harry turns to leave, Draco tries to stop him with Incarcerous. Harry hears and tries to cast Expelliarmus. Somehow the spells interact badly and the ropes Draco had intended to bind Harry with end up binding the two of them together... tightly... with some hands in some awkward places.
Professor Sprout is the first on the scene, and is unable to get the counter-curse to work. Hermione tries. As does Madam Pomfrey and then Professor McGonnagal. They all finally decide that the boys will just have to wait for the spell to wear off, so they're sent to a nearby vacant classroom where they're told to write lines for two hours as a punishment for fighting.
The rest of the story takes place during those next two hours. And Draco's head during this story is one of the most entertaining places I've been in a long time. Very fun. And adorable.

He didn't have to care; he wouldn't crash.... Draco was positive that Potter wouldn't let him fall.

"Yeah," he said finally, sounding surprised. "I'm okay. More than okay, I'm brilliant," Potter babbled almost frantically, then added, "And very gay, apparently."

Draco raised his eyebrows and considered the question. "Possibly."
I feel like there's one of these in most fandoms - two people, usually people who hate each other, get forced/stuck/magic'd together and are forced to play nice. I'm pretty sure I've read most of them actually. I love them, and I really enjoyed this fic. It's the perfect mix of angsty, hilarious, awkward and erotic. Also, Draco and Harry's snark? A+
"Normally I don't have to stare at the ugliest prat in school."
"I don't see how you could possibly do that without a mirror."
Just because Potter defeated the Dark Lord - well, no, annoyed the Dark Lord until the latter couldn't stand it anymore and had no choice but to commit suicide

In doing a little preliminary search for collections of great classic HP fanfic, this author came up a lot, so I picked this one for the fun idea. I used to love "HarryxDraco are suddenly tied together and oops they are kissing" fics! This one was a little too immature in its rivalry and general content but I would try another from this writer.

He dragged his lips over Potter's skin, touching it tentatively with his tongue. However, Potter wrenched away, taking his delicious skin with him. It was only after Draco saw Potter goggle at him that he realized he had done something crazy again.

Draco and Harry were fighting again, and in the process ended up being tied together. They spend the next two hours waiting for the curse to wear off, trying not to kill each other. And then things got interesting...
This fic was from Draco's POV, and it was stunning. Draco is funny, snarky and sarcastic, and in absolute denial about his feelings for Harry.

Very extended PWP, which is not my cuppa. Sweet-ish except for lots of internalized homophobia on Draco's part. (How did Draco survive the war and be rescued by Harry and not change in character at all??)
