I’m sure this is a very good book. I have not used it to design a house. After perusing this book I doubt it is likely that I will design a house. The book shows that its a lot of work to design a house. So in a way for me the book has served a useful purpose and redirected my energies elsewhere.
Before you get this book let me save you a little trouble. It will tell you that the first step is to start a scrap book of ideas, sketches, photos, clippings, -Pinterest stuff, in other words. Once you have the fragments of your dream house then get this book and follow the remaining directions.
