Brubaker is best known for his work as a comic book writer on such titles as Batman, Daredevil, Captain America, Iron Fist, Catwoman, Gotham Central and Uncanny X-Men. In more recent years, he has focused solely on creator-owned titles for Image Comics, such as Fatale, Criminal, Velvet and Kill or Be Killed.
In 2016, Brubaker ventured into television, joining the writing staff of the HBO series Westworld.

So I've been picking and choosing out of this for a few weeks now. Thought I'd finally get my lazy behind to enter this on GR and rate it.
THIS is how it's done. This is how to entice the reader and get them interested in new books. I am so tired of hyper specific samplings of new material that tell you absolutely nothing. I put a bit of that blame of new media and their carrot philosophy. If I see it one more time I'mma show someone that other side... open a can and show them the stick!
I picked this up *after* Rocket Girl #1 because it was clear I needed to get back into Image. Honestly they have got it all. Take a look at the sample from Velvet #1!
