Blood revelations
The second book of T.E. Ridener's Blood Betrayal series does not disappoint. With the apocalypse looming because Lucifer is stuck on Earth somewhere and Lilith is trapped in Hell, Jude must get the help from vampires and unite with the sons and daughters of Lilith to stop two of her children, Mammon her number one child and Naamah the daughter born from her rib from taking over both hell and Earth.
The story continues with Jude, Jamen, and Vinnie trying to find a way to release their sire Lilith and to protect the illusive bloodline from greedy vampires such as Dane Cade along with hungry spawns and siblings of Lilith and Lucifer. Friends and loved ones will be tested and uprooted by revelations to bloodlines not known. Can they save Lilith and save the world at the same time or will the destruction of earth and the fall of Hell to greedy children be the end of the most powerful vampire, Lilith. Can't wait for the next installment to see how it tunes out.

Ridener has that witty, funny, sarcastic, make you fall in love with the characters-even the bad ones charm. This book did not disappoint! Well, the only downfall is that the next book is not out yet! I have to wait to see what happens to Jude! I'm dying here. The events that happen in this book are just mind blowing! Really! Brom?!!! I could write about this for pages but I don't want to risk any spoilers. Believe me this story is worth reading! So many intricate plots that are interwoven beautifully! It is also very mysterious. You keep wondering what is going to happen. If JT is "Bringing Sexy Back" then TE is "Bringing Vampires Back."

Gaaaaaaahh!!!
Blood Revelations...a very appropriate title! Welcome back to the world of Lilith and her vampire bloodline. The characters we have already met are all here. Jamen, Vinnie, Jude, Delilah, Arthur, Brom, and Mirela. Oh and let's not forget Dane Cade, who is still on the hunt. In this book all of the previous story-lines begin to come together. There are those "Ah-ha" moments, that explain previous choices. There are new twists thrown in...like OMG the what the heck moments....sheesh! We meet more of Lilith's demon children, and the family portrait they display is a good choice for a Jerry Springer episode!
Seriously, it was all there for me. Suspense, mystery, shock, anger, disgust, sympathy....the total emotional package! It all builds as the story grows, like you feel yourself reaching the peak of a high mountain. That moment when you anticipate a glorious sunset...any...second...now...

What a wild ride!!! I stayed up all night to finish this book because I couldn't put it down. I just kept wanting to know what was next. I found myself screaming in my head saying "what did you do?!" or "oh, thank god". I felt like my own heart was ripped out by the end, and I'm dying for the next one to come out so I can see what becomes of the whole "situation".
