OMG!!! WOW!!! Jeezzz I really didn'y think this series could get any better but I was so very wrong!! I loved it!! Sam and Maddie are the best and I'm so glad they finally got back together! I gotta say that I was a little bitter when I found out how he had hurt her but then the truth came out and yea...I was hooked on everything SAM,lol.
Loved The fact that they always missed and needed each other..(sigh) I love that they never got over each other and arent scared to admit it:)
They really do deserve each other without a doubt and I really dont think this series could have ended any other way...so very glad I bought these book and would recommend them to every one. I gotta say though that I'm really hoping that Scott comes out with a story for Max cause that man really deserves a great story and a happy ending, you cant help but feel a little heartbroken when you read about him:(

I love Jans AKA J.S. Scott's books. I have not read one that I have not liked. U love the characters in the book and they become it book boyfriend unroll u read the next. Lol, FANTASTIC Author.
This is a story about Sam, Who is a billionaire business man. He Is a love um, leave um kind of gut. That is till he sees the only women he loved. He is on a missions to get her back. Sam will stop at nothing to make it happen.
Massive is a volunteer at the hospital in her town, along with owning her own clinic that she opens on weekends for those how can't afford help. She is a kind loving and very independent person. Her dream is to run only her clinic.

This was the story of Simon's brother Sam it was an excellent story of how hate can turn into love when you not excepting it .!!!!!!!!!! I am looking forward to reading more of the billionaire series

A ROMANTIC READ
Sam and Maddie were first introduced in The Billionaire's Obsession: The Complete Collection Boxed Set (Mine For Tonight, Mine For Now, Mine Forever, Mine Completely). It was obvious reading that series, that there was history between Maddie and Sam. Not good history either.
This is their story beautifully written as usual by this author. The prologue lays out this couples history, and the reason for Maddie's dislike and distrust of Sam Hudson. Maddie is not happy to be around Sam, but as her best friend Kara is connected to Simon, Sam's younger brother, meeting with Sam is becoming unavoidable. Sam and Simon are two of the richest men in the world running their own large company.
Maddie is a doctor, and works for free at a clinic for the poor. Staying late at night at the clinic still working. Alerted to this situation as his brother has installed the security on the building, Sam decides to pay Maddie a visit, he's not happy she's there after dark. As the clinic is located in an unsavoury area. When he enters he finds Maddie asleep at her desk. Unable to rouse her he carries out out to his car, and takes her home. But not to her home, his! He puts the still sleeping Maddie in his bed, and climbs in with her. He knows what her reaction will be when she wakes. But he's decided he wants her, he always has, and he's waited long enough. But how will Maddie react in the morning.
Another great read from this author. I liked the tension between Sam and Maddie. It was a slow burn. The love scenes while hot, I thought were not quite as erotic, as I would normally expect from this author. But they were more passionate and sensuous this time round. That really worked here with this couple, considering their past history. Kara and Simon are also featured, as well as a new and interesting character called Max. He gets his own story next. A recommended read.

I really loved Sam Hudson and Dr. Madeline Reynold's story. After reading The Billionaire's Obsession, I did not think I could love two characters more than I did Simon and Kara, but I was wrong. When I first read what had happened to these two in the past, to make Maddie think so little of Sam, I kinda disliked him myself. But once the reason for him treating her the way he did came out, it changed my whole attitude about him. Sam is dominate and very possessive, but he also has a gentle, sweet side, and has to prove to Maddie, that they are meant to be together. This was a hot, sexy romance that I found very hard to put down.

"She's educated, she's smart and she's beautiful. Stop treating her like you have dominant caveman genes and maybe you'll succeed. You can't just club the woman over the head and drag her away to your cave. She deserves your respect," Helen admonished him.
Simon snagged his arm, uttering in a low voice, "I say stick with the plan. Use the club if you need to."
I FREAKING LOVE THIS SERIES! Each story has its own unique plot and it never gets boring. Each character has their own quirky personality that just have you falling for them. Plus we get a healthy dose of alpha males and their cavemen syndrome.
He rolled, trapping her beneath him, his large, muscular body covering hers as he told her wickedly, "I could have you making those need little noises in seconds," he boasted arrogantly.
She bit her lip to keep from laughing, amused by how quickly he could switch from tender lover to alpha cave-dweller. "You could try, I suppose," she told him in a teasing voice.
"I don't try. I do," he growled. "I'll have you begging for it."
I enjoyed Sam and Maddie's story. There is no real angst or unnecessary drama, and we get a very nice deal of steam! It's a little similar to Simon and Kara's story but still a good read. It was definitely heartwarming to see Sam and Maddie find each other again and get their HEA. Their interactions were super adorable which got me cracking up as well as sizzling hot. I love how feisty Maddie is as well.
He opened his arms to her. "Come here. I want to discuss your little comment about batteries, and how that's affected me for the last few days."
Maddie bit her lip nervously. Really, what Sam meant was that he wanted revenge, a reciprocation that would probably involve breath-stealing kisses and erotic torture. She shot a quick glance at the door.
"Don't even think about it. I can be up and catching you within seconds, especially in those shoes," he commented reasonably, but with an underlying dangerous tone. "Either come to me or I'll come get you."
I was definitely looking towards Max's story more though! I would type more but I dragged my review for so long that I forgot stuff that I wanted to put down in the first place.

Sam and Maddie have a past and you can see it in Sam and Kara's book, but that past wasn't what I expected. I expected the billionaire playboy and got something totally different. Sam leaves Maddie thinking he is protecting her when all he does is break her and himself... They both pick up their lives and act as if nothing is wrong when in all honesty all they want is to be with the other. Will him being Simon's brother and her being Kara's best friend work in their favor? Also will Maddie have a family now, that she's giving Sam a way in?
J.S. Scott keeps readers involved and interested from the first page! I love this story and highly recommend it

Like all the books I've read of Jan's this one did not disappoint. I loved Sam and Maddie's story. There were 3 'oh my, I didn't see that coming' moments. I loved the twists and definitely didn't see some of them coming. Without giving too much away I loved how we got to see what happened in the past with Sam and Maddie and how they came back to each other through Kara and Simon. I love a good happily ever after moment. You will not be disappointed in this book.
You don't have to read Simon's story first (starts with Mine for Tonight- currently FREE) but it will give you some background on the couple. I recommend reading the series in order.

Wow. This the love story of Samuel Hudson & Dr Madeliene Reynolds is intense. Sam being the older brother of Simon whom we read about in The Billionaires Obsession. Sam's just as alpha dominant as Simon was. Fantastic story, so much history to be revealed between Maddie & Sam. Their pasts are at times quite gut wrenching with the amount of pain they have been through.
Sam just like Simon has lived such a life before they became the billionaires they are today. You think gaining all that wealth they would be selfish people, but both brothers are truly selfless & everything they do is for the people they love.
Definitely both the Hudson boys are the perfect example of not believing everything you think you see & for giving them a chance to explain why things happened the way they did in the past. Reading this romance with so much heat & passion that a cold shower is a requirement before the end. The love is evident between Maddie & Sam.
We get to hear from Kara & Simon throughout the book, the story picks up with their wedding & we get to meet some more fantastic characters. Helen Hudson, who is Simon & Sam's mum is great friends with Kara & becomes close to Maddie. The story is full of action, drama, passion, love, romance & unrelenting sex on top of sex, hot very hot.
Definitely has all the content to pull on the heart strings & get our blood pumping. There is to be more of these wonderful people to come when we get another story about one of the characters we meet in this book, can't wait for that one. Max sounds like a dream with a heart breaking story, so look forward to him finding some love & following his journey.

Simon and Kara have gotten their happily ever after. They are expecting a baby and get married. Now its Sam's turn.
I've wondered what happened between Maddie and Sam since they first mentioned it well you dont have to wait any longer.
This book is about Sam and Maddie. You finally find out exactly what happened between the two of them so many years ago and you don't even have to wait very long in the story either.
Sam had always been somewhat pushy but I've alway been a fan. You find out more in this story that Simon wasn't the only one that dealt with his fathers bad choices.
You also meet Max in this story. I knew that there was something big about his character and was really happy with the outcome. I can't wait to read his story now this series was the first that I had read of this author and I must say that really liked her writing style. I will be looking her other books as well. As if my TBR list wasn't big enough already! 4.5 stars

This was a beautiful love story of two people destined to be together. But Sam's trying to protect Maddie broke her heart when they were younger. Now the question is after so many years can he get her back and explain why he broke her heart? Will she believe him? Can she forgive him? Destiney pulls them back together to realize how much they truely love one another. Sam does everything in his power to show Maddie how he can't live without her. She met Sam in college and fell head over heels in love to have her heartbroken when she sees Sam with another woman. How will she recover? Then thru her friend Kara she is forced into seeing Sam again the Billionaire playboy who broke her heart. She is now a doctor with her on clinic that helps the people who can't afford care. Sam pursues her and tries to convince her he has only ever loved her. During an argument by Sam and Max, Maddie finds out that he is her long lost brother she never knew she had Max he was adopted into wealth at a young age. She could not figure why she was draw to Max as a friend. All of a sudden Maddie starts to fall down the stairs. Sam throws his body in front of her and risks injury to keep Maddie safe. That is when she realizes she cannot live with out Sam and decides to accept his propsal of marriage. Now they have everything they dreamed off! I laughed, I cried, I fell in love! What a wonderful book! You must read this series it is heart warming and I could not get enough of the characters! Thank you J.S. Scott for this wonderful book!

Enjoyed this addition to the Billionaire series. But Sam and Simon REALLY need to get together and have a heart to heart regarding their difficult teenage years!
Thought Sam did a great job at getting back in Maddie's good graces. Thought the reason for the rift was a wee bit of a stretch and damn, it was a loooong time apart.

Sometimes I find the funniest lines to be ones from the supporting characters - when Simon and Kara are getting married:
Turning his head briefly toward the man of the cloth, Simon informed the minister irritably, "She's mine. Move on."
Sam:
"You're mine, Madeline. You always have been and always will be. You might make me losing my fucking mind, but at least I'll be happily insane."
"Then I guess we share whatever you have. If it's fatal, I'll die with you," he answered, completely seriously.
"I have no problem with that system. So anytime I want something, I can just fuck you until you agree?"

This is Sam & Maddie's story. We hear about what happened to split the two of them up years ago & also why. Sam really is a sweetheart! He demands that Maddie marry him, but hasn't asked her, so her response is "we can talk about it." Max a business friend of Sam & Simon asks Maddie out to dinner & she goes. There is something about Max that draws her to him. Maybe it's the fact that he lost his wife and she can feel his loneliness.
In the end, Sam ends up jumping a banister and falling down a set of stairs with Maddie just to keep her safe. We find out some information about Max & Maddie , and hear about a marriage that is going to happen...but what is it with Max & Maddie & who is getting married? Read it to find out...

I loved The Billionaires Obsession books and fell in love with Simon, this story continues from these books & gives readers the chance to know more about Simon's brother Sam and his relationship with Maddie. This writer is so amazing she drags you into the story so fast that you won't be able to resist reading the full series. They are fast paced, hot & sexy stories with fantastic characters which leaves you wanting more :)
I read them all within 3 days...just couldn't put them down!
I personally felt these were a better erotic romance story than the Fifty Shades Series, although a lot of erotic romance books are all about sex, this one actually has a fantastic story too. A thoroughly enjoyable book & on my favourite books list.

J.S. Scott did not disappoint in this book 4 of The Billionaire's Obsession. We finally get to see what did happen between Sam and Maddie, why she hates him so much and watch them fall in love all over again.
I love Sam in this series...he makes me laugh, and his bantering with Maddie cracked me up. One thing I totally did NOT see coming was Max being Maddie's brother. Loved this book! Sam and Maggie shared a past until Maggie thought he had cheated on her. She had no idea it was all an act to protect her from the dangerous men from his fathers life that he was working with the FBI to take down. For years she hated Sam for hurting her. She never enjoyed sex or lived another man because she compared them all to Sam. They meet up years later. She is a doctor and he is a billionaire business man. Sam has to fight to win back her trust and love. Slowly but surely she gives in because she never stopped loving him. They finally give in and get married. Great read!

Both of them need each other and have loved each other for so long that they were simply miserable! Another "victim" of the Caveman Syndrome, Sam is in your face, I know what I want and I will get it! Maddie is such a caring person and Sam will do ANYTHING for her! This has been one of my all-time favorite series and one that I see reading over and over again!

Both of them need each other and have loved each other for so long that they were simply miserable! Another "victim" of the Caveman Syndrome, Sam is in your face, I know what I want and I will get it! Maddie is such a caring person and Sam will do ANYTHING for her! I love this series!! I love the dominating yet loving and possessive nature of the Hudson men. I love how the heroines are educated and strong in their own rights. The author has done a great job of including just the right amount of sex and love in these novels. I appreciate how well the stories wrap up without leaving you with that wtf feeling.
I was pleasantly surprised with this story considering it was about the all too familiar Billionaire story line. The characters really make you fall. Over all, I'm really glad I read them and can't wait until we get to read about Max's story.

Absolutely loved this story!! I knew, from the teaser of Mine Forever, that Sam loved Maddie. He was so concerned for her and their chemistry was off the charts. But in this book I got to see his POV and to really see how much he loved her and cared for her and really just needed her. The things he did to save his brother then to save Maddie it was heartbreaking. It made me love him even more. Great book sooooooo worth reading!!!!

Erotic, Sexy, mind blowing and emotional. You will get it all with this book and more. It picks up where the previous book in the trilogy left off with a little more character, a lot more drama and sex and much more about each character and even introduces you to who the characters actually are and have become. You will love how each story plays out, but this was one of my favorites so far. One of the best Short trilogies I have read, and the sex scenes will blow you away.

I like Sam story much better than other books in this series. I dont know why though. Perhaps because of Sam funny and cute possession. But somehow he makes me smile. Maddie is bit boring. The usual female quality character. Cry a lot. Damsel in distress that kind of character. I wish to see more depth. But i guess with this kind of series, the character is one dimensional.

I loved reading the whole story between Maddie and Sam. However both brothers, Simon and Sam, were fucked up because of their past. It made the novels better and worse in some ways but similar and good in others. Either way, I enjoyed the read. 5 stars.

Even though it was very similar to Simon story it was another great book, loved the story behind it and the mystery that surrounds these two brothers, would have liked to delve more into Maddie's side of story but I'm looking fwd to read Max's book.

The newest book in the Billionaire Obsession series. I wasn't sure how I would like Sam's story after being captivated by Simon but oh my I loved it! I am completely addicted to the series! I can't wait for the next book!

HOLY SMOKES! My heart melted with this story in several ways. I was craving the story between Sam and Maddie and this didn't disappoint. Sam is revealed in such a light that makes you want to be called Sunshine from now on.

Another fairly quick read, a bit far fetched in places but that didn't stop me loving Sam and Maddie's story. Again, I smiled all the way through :-D
