You should be able to substitute for healthier choices in most of these recipes.
Great book for entertainment dishes.

Tasty recipes

I have tried a few of the recipes in here and they were scrumptious. This book is great if you need some simple appetizers for a gathering. The recipes are simple, using simple ingredients and there's definitely something for everyone's taste. The only thing really lacking is pictures.
