Three kids were killed by a fall from the second floor to the basement of an abandoned manor that snapped their necks. No other injuries were sustained. If that didn’t sound suspicious or unnatural then Aria didn’t know what did.

Ghost. Fey. Demon. Aria armed herself for whatever lay within the ruined depths of the home.

However, nothing could have prepared her for Peter.

A.C. Harrah is the author of the Match*Make Me a Vigilante series, a series of short stories inspired by the magical girl trope.

Due to her love of writing, A.C. tends to chain herself to her computer, but when she does sneak out it's usually to see the latest super hero movie or travel. She would happily live out of a backpack if it meant exploring the world.

One of her favorite authors is Lewis Carroll.

I like this series a lot. Reading this series is like watching episodes of a show. There is some good build up to the climax, and there is definitely a suspense factor. There are some funny parts to these stories that made me laugh. I do wish that these were longer though, I want some more background to the characters. (I know I always say that with novellas!) I think that A.C. Harrah is a great writer, and rather good at building the suspense. I would suggest this for middle school to young adult readers.
