Self-confidence is the key to success in life and confident people have a sense of purpose, believing anything is possible. The Confidence Factor reveals the habits of self-confident people and the secret of their self-assurance. Full of practical tips from successful people from all walks of life, that can be used right now.
This book is for individuals who are probably at the very beginning of understanding what confidence is and how to attain it. If you have read loads of self-help books before, than this is absolutely no different. I believe this book is great as a refresher or reminder but, ideally it isn't for the one who has a good level of confidence already.
This book was horrendously written; in no logical order and every second of it felt painfully redundant. She basically steals nuggets from 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and other better written predecessors. Do not waste your time.

Additionally, this book showcases real-life examples of Ms Annie's prestigious clients regarding their struggles and triumphs while appropriately linking them to her elaborative details and key takeaways. These practical, positive points make it one of the best self-development books I have read recently, which I highly recommend to all readers who might be interested."

It really is for those lacking in confidence (as the title suggests) but I got it in a giveaway so thought I'd read it. Like the quotes dotted throughout!
