The book is an etiquette guide for outsiders to several religions. It discusses the clothes you should wear, acceptable times to leave the service, whether or not you can record the service, and more.

The book comes across as a checklist due to the systematic listing of each rule you should follow to show proper respect.

A practical guide to tolerance and understanding of other people's religious practices. Don't wear black to a Hindu funeral, etc.
