GOOD FUCKING GOD SOMEONE GET ME BOOK 2 BEFORE MY CLIT EXPLODES!!!!!........sorry was that TMI?? This is definitely my kind of read. It was crazy, hot, emotionally gripping and the sex was EXPLOSIVE!!!! But I am pissed to the point of murder that it was such a short read. I literally finished it in less then 2 hours and I wouldn't even call that a cliff hanger I call that a giant pile of WTF HAPPENS NOW!!! Grrrr damn it to hell and all it's 5 star worthyness!

It was great but I felt like I only got to read half the book before I was finished with the book. I was at 50% and I'm like omg that's it?! It goes off with another book and I don't want to read another book I would like to read more of this one!! Other then the complaint for MORE...it was great.

The only reason this did not get 5 stars is because of the cliffhanger AND if the follow-up book is available - then where is it? I hope it's about finished because that was a hell of a cliffhanger and it would be cruel to leave somebody hanging for very long with a story like this.
The first chapter says it all. In a nutshell, I think Drake is psychologically unstable. I think he needs a therapist FOR YEARS. Why, if you're so in love with the LOVE OF YOUR LIFE do you meet, court and marry her SISTER? Don't get me wrong - I loved this book. But I hope there aren't many men like Drake in the world. He claims he needs Scarlet to breathe, sleep, eat, think, function every single day but he STILL married her LITTLE SISTER. SERIOUSLY? That's the part that confuses me. Was it for revenge because she left for 3 years? Is he mixing hatred with love for Scarlet? Probably. Is it so he can keep Scarlet as a "side piece" hooker-whore and stay married to the "nice girl" in the family, Nicole? Is staying married to her going to benefit him in some way with his wealthy family since they hate Scarlet so much? Did they tell him if he didn't marry Nicole they'd cut him off?
I know one thing - Scarlet cannot let herself be in this mess. And that's what it is - a HOT mess. You married the love of your life's SISTER but have sex with the love of your life on your wedding day while your new wife, HER SISTER, is waiting for you at the wedding reception? Sociopathic to say the very least.
I've got to find out how this ends. I have a feeling nobody is going to win here and why should they? Drake is trying to have his cake and eat it too. As much as men think this theory works because they think they can have it all - it never does. And did he really mean it when he said he would kill himself? FOR REAL? If he loves Scarlet that much that he would end his life - WHY DID HE MARRY HER SISTER? Well, if I was Scarlet I'd hand him a .38 because I could not have random goodies with a man who married my sister.
What is Scarlet supposed to do? Just hang along on the side like a wet dish rag while he lives a happy life with her SISTER and then 10 times a week grab her in a dark alley or the back of a car parked on a dirt road for some nastiness? That's just wrong - SO WRONG. Nicole HAS to know he does not love her. And who marries a man who says YOUR SISTER WILL ALWAYS BE THE ONE FOR ME? A desperate woman.
Drake is one of the most intense, crazy men I've read about in a very long time. Whomever created him in their mind has a hell of an imagination.

Loved this book what there was of it. It ends with a huge cliffhanger and says there is a sequel that is now available but no where to be found!!! So anxious and confused!!!

I was pulled into this immediately and wanted to know these characters, however the story left me feeling like I was jilted. Scarlett and Drake had so much potential but this is one of those series novels and we just are given enough. I found being thrown into the sexual action so quickly after not getting the whole back story off setting. I wish we were given more but due to the strength of the first part of the book I still give it a 3 star review.

November 18, 2013Just enough to get me hooked...and then...the end. What? He said yes...huh...when did that happen? No information on next installment. Short... may not even be considered Novella. Left me shaking my head. Not sure how to rate this. Kinda mad, lol. Felt like I missed something. I would read another installment if it was available.

I don't quite know how to rate this one. It was good - it compelled me and I wanted to read more...then it finished at 56%. WTF? I don't mind that it was short, but found the page count misleading. I feel like I paid and only received half a book :-/

Hot! Drake is a nut job, Scarlet is so full of lust she can't think straight. Can't wait for the next but not spending 3 bucks for half a story...sorry!

The book was nice, I only hate the fact that there are no follow ups on her stories and they are not even cliffhangers, but just unfinished stories as I see it. In that case, I am not reading another one of her books, for they are all cliffhangers. I can't seem to find any info about her too, so what is she, a ghost?
