This baby, by the same author as Maybe This Time, is one of the best teenage Wincest fics I've read in a long time.
This, on the other hand, is the first fanfic I've rated 2 stars in a long time.

I don't know how this kinda stuff happens. Clearly this author's working with some genuine talent, but this particular fic just... fails. It reads like a very cheesy rom-com, it gets way too lovey-dovey way too fast, and the characterization is either hyperbolic and exaggerated or not there at all.
Read Crush instead. That one's delicious.

3.5 stars. This is a J2 college fanfic with senior year Jensen antagonistic to freshman Jared moving into his dorm. The story is funny, sexy and angsty but beware of typos.

'Jensen needs to be tactful about this, needs to lay out his thoughts and feelings very carefully and expertly so that he doesn't come across completely schitzo. So naturally he blurts, "I think we should make out," when he's halfway through the door.'

Angsty and smutty? Count me in.
The plot itself doesn't exactly scream "one of a kind!", but charming in its own predictability, especially with the author's appreciable mild humor, well-paced circle of events, and fluent, smooth writing style.
Misha, surprisingly, turns out to be my favorite character, for being so delightfully wicked and understanding. And if I ended up shipping him with Jared a bit? Well, that's just unavoidable.
4 I-thrive-on-your-denial stars.
