About the author

Gobi

The pseudonym "Gobi" is used by at least two authors. Most of the information in this profile refers to the first, Baptiste Gaubert.

There is little information readily available regarding the second author, Ghobad Rahiminedjad. He has apparently written one book about Tupak Shakus.

A Swedish comic artist also used the name "Gobi" in the 1940s.

I’m a huge Tupac fan, matter-of-fact Tupac is one of my favorite rappers of all times. I love learning all I can about him too. This book was a refreshing read that was filled with great pictures and thoughts about Tupac through the eyes of the author. Many times, you tend to hear the negative about Tupac, but this read shows that he was human and was a good dude despite what people want to always put out there about him. I hate that the brother is gone because if he was still here some of these so-called rappers would not be out here…just my opinion. But…I can say that I enjoyed the book and if you are a real Tupac fan…you will too.
