A d20 Classic Bluffiside debuted under Thunderhead Games back in 2001. It took the d20 community by storm, proving one of the most durable sandbox settings ever put to paper.

An interesting book that provides a setting full of investigation and intrigue for a Castles & Crusades game. There were a number of typos in the book that should have been picked up in the editing process and the maps at the end of the book were lacking in detain, but over all, it has enough content to make it useful for a C&C campaign.
