Rate this book
You are about to be taken to a place of comfort, where anxiety does not exist, where you can simply be and enjoy life for the rest of your life…a place called the present, or "the now".
Millions of people are highly stressed out everyday over work or relationship issues, worrying about things that could potentially happen; or over-planning for the future, when they are completely missing out on the present. In addition, people are stressing out about things that have already happened, that are unchangeable because they are in the past, and again, missing out on what is going on in the present moment.

This book is designed to be an inspirational and meaningful read that gets straight to the point, and is easy to understand. It will be an eye-opening, refreshing experience for many people. The ability to live in the present moment is the gateway to peace and happiness, and the answer to relieving stress and anxiety for many people.

This book has three titles. Two of them are silly. Emotional intelligence is silly. Anything involving 2.0 is silly. But I am interested in living in the present moment. That is the foundation for politics. And social change. And personal development

Morris offers some strategie stop being pulled into the past to jumping to the promises of the future. It is a straight-forward book. Nothing flashing. Nothing revelatory. Some clear ideas are offered.

With COVID-19, I’m realizing the importance of mental self care. This book is a good read on living more in the present moment rather than dwelling too much on the past or worrying about the future.

Amazing read...!!!

Wow! This book is brilliant.Very powerful. I am totally amazed that this book is very easy to read and to understand.I loved this because this book is very well written , very practicable to use. Actually, The book was well-written, well-organized, and easy to read.As well as, I personally have a very deep love for mindfulness and consciousness. I really enjoyed how he gave many of his personal stories of his struggles, and how he overcame them such as facing a severe disability after being in a plane crash and in a coma for a month. Finally,I highly recommend for this book.
