I couldn't wait for this third part of Ceri's story and was not disappointed! The reader is taken on an emotional journey that pulls at the heart strings as we follow Ceri and Alex's lives with each other/without each other and the consequences of their choices. Another gripping read and the ending...I need the next part right now!

Firstly I’d like to thank the author for sending me this ARC to read and give an honest review. After reading and thoroughly enjoying the first two books Falling and Forbidden (my reviews of these can be found on my blog) I couldn’t wait to read the next instalment of this series!

The previous book had left me on a cliffhanger so I was pleased to discover that this picked up where that one had finished. Ceri was struggling with what she wanted her life to be and what her life was destined to be – there was a part of me which wholeheartedly agreed with her but another part of me that understood she had an important job to do. This book certainly raised some conflicting emotions within me.

Alex was a bit of a mess to begin with, his emails made me feel so sad for him. Switching to his point of view and finding out what was going on in his head was a crucial part of the story for me, it meant that I had a clear picture of the situation in my mind. Ethan’s involvement in this book surprised me especially as the storyline began to head in an unexpected direction, once again I was torn by my conflicting feelings because although I felt that this direction made sense I just didn’t want it to happen!

I really enjoyed reading about Ceri’s life as a psychic medium and I loved her friend Sheena’s matchmaking attempts – I have to say a BSB simply used to mean a Backstreet Boy in my world but now it’ll never be the same again! Other favourite moments included: an unexpected message for Ceri, a glimpse into Alex’s dream and a worrying dog incident.

Every time I’ve read a book from this series I’ve felt a sense of calm and well-being, they simply radiate peacefulness. I also enjoy how they stretch my mind to think beyond what I see in this life, I feel like my eyes have been opened just a little bit more to the things that are out there.

Once again I loved the ending, I thoroughly enjoyed following Ceri on the next step of her journey and I can’t wait for more excitement from these characters.

This was another great episode from a wonderful series – spiritual with a dazzling touch of romance.

What reason could it be that an angel cannot share love? Ceri understands she cannot have Alex and as much as it hurts, she is determined to let him go, too bad her heart hasn’t gotten the message. Has Alex finally moved on? Has he found everything he has dreamed of? A good woman, a child, the family he desperately craves, has his dream come true with another? Tortured by the thought, Ceri goes “undercover,” just to catch a glimpse at the only man she could ever love. But if she tries to tempt the fates and her destiny again, she may go too far and the price too high.

Forever by Linn B. Halton is without a doubt, simply a painfully beautiful and inspirational read, from start to finish. Ms. Halton added even more rich detail, from the character emotions, to their deepest thoughts and wishes. Great writing that grew along with each addition to this trilogy. Truly romantic and bittersweet.

This part is the last in the Angels Among Us trilogy. Alex and Ceri are faced with the biggest decision so far – can they ultimately be together or can faith not be tricked?

This last part of the series has been an emotional rollercoaster, even more so than the other two parts. There was just no way of guessing which way Ceri’s and Alex’s relationship would take. Can love overpower even fate and destiny?

Ceri’s spiritual aspect plays a huge part in Forever. I am a complete novice when it comes to psychic powers etc. and don’t know an awful lot about this at all, but although the spiritual element features so heavily in this book, it is by no means overpowering! Linn’s ability to portray a certain feeling of “calmness” onto the reader is truly awe-inspiring.

The ending is a real shocker for me (but in a good way, if this makes sense :-)).

Forever is the perfect conclusion to a truly beautiful and thought-provoking series. We can all use a few angels in our lives…

The final part of the trilogy picks up where 'Forbidden' ends. Alex can't find Ceri, he should have shared his secret and now the truth has lost him his soul mate. Ceri's psychic encounter with Alicia bought everything into painfully, clear focus. Ceri can't cheat destiny. Ceri's hopelessness in the early chapters of 'Forever' is tangible. Her ability to help others becomes the focus of her human existence and mitigates her emotional distress. The story's poignancy continues and intensifies in this last part and it's hard to predict, which way fate will take Ceri and Alex and if they have any control over their future. The ending is unexpected and fulfilling but there is a final twist that echoes the title.

I loved reading this uplifting, perceptive series and look forward to the continuation of Ceri's journey.

This was definitely the best novella in this series. It had more of a continuous plot and a lot more speech, which helped me actually feel for the characters. Forever picks up where Forbidden left off and jumps straight into the drama. I found it most fast-paced than the others and the emotions were more engaging. It's still a little jumpy in places and things happen suddenly, but I definitely enjoyed it more, even if the ending wasn't to my taste. It's clear the author did her research with the spiritual side of this book. Now on to the bonus content.
