Becca finally found her courage and faced her tormentors head on to get what she respect and Tyler Conklin. Becca’s faith in Tyler is solid, but is he willing to completely open up to her? They both have past baggage, and as Becca says, Tyler’s is particularly old. With everything they have been through, Becca and Tyler know that secrets get them nowhere. They have made great leaps and bounds in their relationship, but Becca can’t help but feel he is still keeping something from her. Between the local detective snooping around and asking questions at the Conklin building and Tyler’s evasive answers, Becca remains skeptical about his excuses. Will Becca hold true to her new found confidence and claim what’s hers… including Tyler? This is book 2 of the Conklin's trilogy and let me say this: I love Tyler even more now!!

This book continues where Book 1 left off. Becca and Tyler are now in a relationship and working at it. Tyler is more affectionate to her and makes it known that they are together now. She is still working on her insecurities, but with Tyler by her side, she is learning to let them go.

Becca and Jamie reconcile which I was happy to see and their friendship is one of the best I've seen :) Tyler's bothers are hilarious especially Nathan. (still cant believe that about him because I didnt see that coming lol)

Becca and Tyler do have a strain on their relationship when she has to go to Miami for 5 weeks because of the job. A blast from his past makes an appearance and Becca starts to question Ty's commitment and faithfulness to her. Will their love survive? You have to read to find out :)

This book had it all: angst, love, humor..everything and it was great! I can't wait for Conklin's Corruption which comes out in the fall! I want to see how everything plays out with Ty's dad, RJ and his brother Mitch...

Awesome job Brooke! <3

What? Wait, don't end there!!!

What can I say? I am hooked on this series. Brooke Page has a way of telling a story that captivates you and sucks you in. Tyler is pulled in so many directions, but all roads always leads back to Becca. I'm so glad that Becca found her backbone and now isn't afraid to stand up for herself and what she wants. The love they have for one another is tender one minute and explosive the next (in the best kind of way)! I love Alpha Tyler, and I love all the secondary characters. ok, not ALL of them, some are real pieces of work!!! What do I regret about this book? Good question. I regret that it ended. I regret that I have to wait for book 3. What I don't regret is reading it, and neither will you!!!!!

Just as amazing a book one. Everything was just as consistent. I just love that their behaviors are consistent with age. There is jealousy, but it is not extreme. Love seeing Christmas with the Conklins. It had an interesting dynamic. And I for one couldn't believe that Nathan was ok with gifting gift cards.

My only hang up is that with book one and two, I wish the prologues were not there. I felt they were very telling of what was to come & I think the surprise factor would have been bigger if they had been left out or regarding something else.

And one last thing- what was Mitch getting at (or was it RJ?) with those damn bricks at the end.

** Review for BareNakedWords **

'Conklin's Foundation' is the second book in the Conklin's trilogy and I just have to say. You cannot read this book without reading 'Conklin's Blueprints' first...So if you haven't read that yet, I suggest you go and do it now.

Foundations picks up right where Blueprints left off, Becca had reached breaking point and dished out some home truths to everyone that she thought she loved. And boy, she didn't hold back. But it worked.

Now, with that out the way and things forgiven, Tyler and Becca can finally move forward and be in the relationship they both want without it being kept a secret.

Both Tyler and Becca have got insecurities. Becca with her body and eating issues and Tyler with this new idea of a relationship. He's never had one, unless you can call his 10 year 'relationship' with his older Nanny Margo. But that so much different to what him and Becca share. Margo was all about sex. With Becca, its soul deep. She is his calm, his everything.

"I'm in my own world when I'm with you, where no one can do or say anything to piss me off. It's just you and me, perfect and tranquil". ~ Tyler

But just as things start to settle down for them, things start getting in-between them.

Between, Tyler's past 'relationship' knocking on his door and worming her way back into his life, a shady character known by both Tyler and Becca's parents and the police and a job that see's Becca having to leave for a while things get a little strained.

Becca is irritated with the arrival of Margo, which is understandable, she's a complete bitch. Tyler doesn't exactly help with things though, as he keeps quiet about his meeting with her to begin with. But he soon opens up and tells Becca everything.

And the way Becca handles her in the book is commendable as well as funny. You see a completely different side to Becca, and shows you just how far she has come with her insecurities.

"I felt stronger and more connected. We were becoming something so intense and real, and it was the most invigorating feeling I had ever had." ~ Becca

Just who is this shady character that keeps popping up everywhere? Becca asks, but Tyler is very evasive on answering. She knows he's keeping something from her. But what? This person is not nice at all, and will go to great lengths to get what he wants.

Just what does this person want?......

How bad is he?......

You'll just have to read to find out!!

I absolutely loved the ending. It left me with my mouth hanging open, shouting HOLY SHIT!! It's not much of a cliff-hanger, but it definitely leaves you with knowing that things are about to get a lot worse for Tyler and Becca....

But together they are stronger, and will face it head on.

"I was safe in his hands. It was only Tyler and me, forever and always." ~ Becca

Brooke's writing is just fantastic. She has a way of connecting you to the characters and to the feelings that they are going through, throughout the book. And I love that about authors, that's when you know you have come across a truly talented author. I really can't wait for the third book in this trilogy and future books Brooke Page will release.

ARC received for an honest review

Conklin's Foundation follows on directly from Conklin's Blueprints so you will need to read it first to keep up with the story.

After finally telling everyone what she really thought of them after years of holding it in and being the nice guy, Becca thinks she might have finally pushed everyone she loves away. I LOVED how she finally let loose on everyone. No one was safe and I was so happy she did this, as she really was a bit of a doormat up to this stage.

Never fear - Tyler is here to save the day, in a knight in shining armour kind of way. He is proud of her for finally standing up for herself, and falls a little more in love with her.

But the road to true love is never an easy one, and both Becca and Tyler's pasts are always there waiting to poke their head around the corner and cause a little more trouble.

Tyler and Becca are separated quite a bit for Foundation, and this leads to a lot of the misunderstandings and arguments between the pair. With them split so much, it is testament to how strong their relationship has become that they did not allow it to break them.

Becca's ex Connor comes back on the scene, the infamous Nanny Margo (hisssssss) is still hanging around and causing grief.

RJ, Tyler's father, really is creepy. Seriously creepy!! But I loved the rest of his family = mum Mary and brother Nathan and Mitch. Love love love the banter and interaction between Nathan and Becca's BFFf Jamie - with a bit of a surprise thrown in there! And there are some scenes with Becca and her friend Gage that are frustrating and heartbreaking all at the same time as being filled with so much love, that I wanted to throttle him and hug him at the same time.

Conklin's Foundation carried Becca and Tyler's story forward extremely well. It is filled with love and lust, jealousy, trouble making exes, secrets and lies. I felt that the way the characters handled the situations felt natural. There was no instant-forgiveness for all discretions, they fought, they loved, they laughed and things progressed as they should.

Foundation ends, setting us up for the 3rd book in the series, leading with the "legal" problems that were alluded to in book 2. How much do the sons know of the "deals" that Tyler's father and grandfather have set up?

I guess for that we are all going to have to wait.

Throughout Conklin's Blueprints there were some pretty glaring grammatical errors (these may have been fixed since I read it, and they may not bother you, but they really stood out to me). I was pleased that these issues were not present in Conklin's Foundation.

Ms Page has drawn me into the lives of Becca and Tyler, Becca's friends and the Conklin family, and I am really looking forward to seeing where things end up in this series.

Where to start. Overall really enjoyed the second in the series. I love how the title really correlates with the book's theme. Becca and Tyler are building the foundation of their relationship in this book through love, trust, support and communication. The trust part is more Tyler than Becca. She seriously seriously got annoying with her petty thoughts and needs to begin to trust him already. By 60% in the book you should trust girl. You know he loves you and adores you so why on earth would you think the way you were.

Saying that this book begins where the first left off. Tyler and Becca are going public with their relationship. Families have been met, declarations made and communication is beginning to open up. Until the past keeps coming back. Margo comes back, RJ wants to be a father, Lee Chino is pressuring the firm, Becca is away for her job which at first she was ungracious about and that is all kinds of wrong, and Becca has some parts of her past pop up as well.

Tyler is as wonderful as ever. Flawed, jealous and protective but loving and caring as well. He tries so hard to shield Becca from the bad that is surrounding them. He is so supportive and proud of her career it is amazingly tender to see. As he deals with being away from Becca, his dad's changes and the problems of pressure from Lee Chino he tries to communicate more and build a trust foundation with Becca.

Becca at times like said earlier was really aggravantingly annoying. Her issues with not trusting Tyler and than letting it fester until things are said that can't be taken back is really old girl. You need to open up and trust him. One betrayal isn't going to lead to another. You know Tyler loves you and adores you trust in that. Also when she gets the promotion railing on Tyler like she only got it because they are together and that he should have talked to her first to see if it was what she wanted no way. That doesn't sit right. First it is business as he tells you calmly and second it doesn't show much trust and faith in Tyler and the company. Sometimes letting go of things needs to happen. She was as Tyler said hypocritical calling Tyler out on things when she would turn around and do exactly what she yelled at him about except he was in the open about it.She snuck around and did it.

As pressures at work build things come to a head with the surprise Tyler has for Becca. Not relationship wise but work wise that leads to danger for Tyler and Becca in the long run. tyler and Becca are building a foundation for forever pressure around them builds.

A fast paced sweet and tender read at times and hot in others. So great to see the other side of Nathan and learn more about the man behind the business exterior. A wonderful read that will have you wanting to know what is in store for the business and Ty and Becca.

I was giving an ARC of this in exchange for an honest review. So here goes.....

Can I just say from the start that I LOVE Brooke's writing! I may have went stalker on her after the first book. Just to keep an eye on this book. Its her own fault though. Leaving me hanging waiting on book two :) AND now the same thing is happening because as soon as I finished book 2 I wanted book 3! Ugh,this waiting business is a killer but so worth it to read about Becca and Tyler again!

As we know from the first one Becca and Tyler got really serious about one another. And at the end of book one she forgave him for what he had said to his dad about her. She know;s he was just saying that to keep RJ away from her. So that's were the book takes off. There just trying to work things out and be a proper couple now. And not one that has to hide in the shadows and be kept a secret.

This is all new to Tyler. The only long 'relationship' if that's what it could be called was with his 'Nanny' for ten years. BUT that was more about sex then anything else. This thing with Becca is his life. Deep down he love's her more then anything. But is so afraid to show it in case its not giving back. HELLO he must be blind because her love for him seeps out of this book.

Becca is scared. She doesn't wanna doubt Tylers Love for her. But things from that past creep up and it just can't be helped. For both of them actually. As Gage and Connor from her past appear in this.

They get over some BIG things in this book with it been Christmas. Its time for the family to meet there partner on both sides. Poor Tyler is terrified that his family will Scare Becca off. AGAIN he doesn't see the love she has for him. The family meeting is.....heated to say the least. It is his family after all, what else would you expect?

BUT more drama pops up in this book. A name keeps popping up between Tylers Job and Becca's dad. And A detective is always floating around. Becca has no idea whats going on. And Tyler isn't coughing up any information any time soon. But the feeling about this person is not good as you will see for yourself. I can see book 3 been filled with more drama then a soap opera because of this person.

But Tyler and Becca are in it together no matter what. Facing things head on. But when someone strikes againist them you can tell this was just the touch of the iceberg. Things will only get worse before they get better.

I'm freaking out waiting for book 3 already and I'm not long finished 2. You guys will be in the same boat! BUT as it was it will be worth it :) AND I plan and stalking Brooke twice as much now until I get book 3 ;)

Conklin Foundation Picks up right where Conklin Blueprints ends. Becca is at Tyler and wakes from a bad dream…. Becca feels guilty after she spit fire at the ones she loves the night before and needs to make it right. At least she hopes she still can make it right. Becca and Tyler have worked things out and Tyler is Bringing Becca home For Christmas to meet his Family, we know this is a big and scary step for him but if Becca has shown him anything it’s you can’t hide from the people you love the most. It just makes you mad and makes you feel worse about yourself in the end he was done running and hiding.

“Like you said, we will have to learn from our mistakes. I’m afraid I’m caught in your web.”

They Have Christmas with Becca’s family and head to Chicago to Tyler’s Family’s house for Christmas dinner, Becca ask if they will have time to stop by his condo so she can change. He told her no, So when they arrive at his parents house and everyone is dressed up she changes and Tyler is not happy to say the least…. Christmas dinner went great. Tyler and Becca ended the night back at his Condo and that’s when that perfect day was turned upside down by a knock at the door. The one person from Tyler’s past that could destroy him and Becca.

“I’m in my own world when I’m with you, where no one can do or say anything to piss me off. It’s just you and me, perfect and tranquil.”

In Conklin Foundation we see the characters go through so much they learn to trust, let go and most of to love them self as they are. You can’t always please everyone or you your self will never be happy you, have to make yourself happy before you can make others happy and you also have to have trust to have a happy and healthy relationship! I loved all the growth we seen and I can not wait for book three! I give CONKLIN FOUNDATION 5 STARS *****

“I love when you touch me. Your Hands erase everything that makes me edgy. Nervous, frustrated… all that runs through my mind is your beautiful baby blues staring up at me, calming every nerve in my body.”

As we continue Becca & Tyler’s story we learn more and more about them both. I didn’t review the first book, Conklin’s Blueprints, but I did read it for this review. You do need to read these in order, as the story does continue.

We open in this second book right where we left off. Becca had just told everyone she knows exactly how she feels. I for one was fist pumping her and yelling “Go Get `em!” like crazy! However, when you do something like that, guilt usually follows. It hits her hard and she thinks everyone hates her.

Becca ends up with a promotion that carries her to Miami for several weeks. It’s going to be hard on their relationship but they are both confident that they can get through this. It’s important to the company and very important to Becca’s career.

Tyler finally realizes he needs to open up more with his family and formally introduce Becca to his family. He also gets a visit from his past. He also decides to keep a huge tidbit of his life to himself. This does not go over well. On top of their temporary long distance relationship….things are strained.

Will Tyler completely open up to Becca and allow her in all aspects of his life? Can he really let go of his past? Will Becca become more comfortable in her own skin and stop being a doormat and realize she is beautiful?

I really enjoy the personal things that touch this story. The differences in their upbringing and I don’t mean money. I just mean that they way the family interacts is very different. I like that part of the story. It’s not a big part but it just seems so personal from the author. I also love the way they interact with each other. Yes it’s all romantic but neither of them allow their love to rule them. They are people with problems that need to be resolved too. They love each other but they are individuals too.

I highly recommend this second book in the series and I can’t wait for more!! The final book will be out Fall of 2014!! Can’t wait for this conclusion!

Felt like years ok months since the last book and man was I impressed!! This series is turning into one of my favorites. Page's writing just keeps getting better and better. The storyline keeps you hooked. I found myself wanting more after the book was over!! I need the next book like yesterday!!

So here goes!! We pick up the day after the Christmas party where Becca finally spoke her mind. Woot Woot!!! It was so good to see her stand up but now we have the aftermath. Like a good friend Jamie accepts her apology and all is well. Becca still has some issues to work with her mother but things are different for the better. Tyler finally stops keeping her hidden and introduces her to his mother for Christmas.

In this book we see how much better and stronger their relationship becomes which is great! The chemistry between Becca and Tyler is off the charts hot!!! In most sequels the romance aspects fades but they only get hotter!! They have a lot of jealousy issues they both need to work on but I think they will be together in the long haul. I do enjoy seeing a softer side of Tyler when he's with Becca. I also love seeing how confident Becca has become since she has been with Tyler. That is how a relationship should be IMO bringing out the best in each other. We do have some tense moments when Margo comes back in Tyler's life needing his help. I felt like slapping Margo for Becca!!! Glad nothing happened and Tyler let it be known his feelings for Becca. We also get an appearance from Conner but Becca is to smart not to fall his stuff.

We do have a lot of issues that need to be resolved and I can't wait to see how it all plays out in the next book. I'm hoping we can get more on RJ and Margo. Plus what's the deal with those bricks in the dream house?! Page I need answers like yesterday and your making me wait centuries!!!

Conklin’s Foundations (book 2) By Brooke Page
Conklin’s Foundations is the second book in the Conklin Trilogy… and I think Tyler Conklin just found a permanent place in my heart. It picks up after Becca gives all the “nasties” in her life a piece of her mind and is utterly disappointed in the people she thought loved her. Don’t worry, she doesn’t get to wallow in self pity to long…Tyler comes to her rescue, queue “knight on white horse fantasy” **sigh**.
After some amazing make-up sex and beautiful jewelry, things finally start to settle down as Tyler and Becca as they take their relationship to the next level. This doesn’t last long for them, especially when Tyler’s “old” lover and nanny, Margo, (ewww) decides to show up and disrupt their lives. As Becca tries to handle the situation, her insecurities almost get the best of her. Tyler tries to show her she is the only woman for him, but sometimes woman can be doubtful, especially when there is another woman in the mix…
There is love, comedy, betrayal, shockers, and some super sexy Tyler/Becca scenes that are hot hot hot! If you loved Conklin’s Blueprints and can’t wait to find out what happens to Becca and Tyler… you need to read Foundations – Brooke brings it all to the table in this romantic trilogy.

**Excerpt**
Becca: I quickly grabbed my drink and headed into the dining room, Tyler hot on my tail. He smacked my ass just as I was going to sit down, Jamie and Nathan got the full glimpse as I yelped. “Tyler!” I whinned, rubbing my ass then taking a seat. He just grinned as he sat down wiggling his eyebrows. “Holy shit, how drunk are you?” Nathan asked Tyler. Tyler shook his head at Nathan as though he was crazy then picked up his cards. “I thought you said he was a gentle lover?” Jamie snickered then covered her mouth the second she realized what she had said. My face went red with embarrassment as Nathan let out a howl. “Tyler, you’ve really gone soft,” Nathan mocked…

I wish I could give this book a lot more stars.

This is the second book in the Conklins Foundation book series . If you have not read Conklin's Blueprints you have no idea what you are missing. Both of the books are so extremely amazedly good. This book kept me on the edge if my seat I never knew what was going to happen next. This book was full of so many raw emotions that it all most took my breath away so many times. I fell in love with all most all the characters in this book.

Becca finally stand up for her self and tell all that have done rude things to her about them self. But after all the dust settles down all she really want is Tyler. But what she does not know is that will not be a easy task. Because they both come with baggage that will test them ever step of the way. Can they trust one another or will it be to much to handle. They will have to learn that keeping secrets can and will jeopardize their love for one another. But once Becca decides Tyler is the one that she wants to spend the rest of life with she will go through hell or high waters and that includes his past that won't stay in his past.

I don't want to give to much away because this book is full of a lot more juicy story that is waiting for every one to read. This book is highly addicting and you will not be able to put this book down. All I have to say is that author Brooke Page is now on my favorite and can't wait to read a lot more of her work.

Conklin's Foundation is not a stand alone book you must read Conklin's Blueprints first or this will not make sense to you at all. This being book two in the trilogy picks up right where book one left off. Making sure in my opinion that all questions are answered. As I read further into the story I was proud of Becca for standing up for herself and not backing down like she had in the past she lost a few people who she really thought were important to her I say if they were truly your friends or truly cared about you they would have no reason to turn and walk away. Tyler discovers a few problems and secrets about the family business that doesn't sit well with RJ Tyler's father. RJ gives off an almost stalker type vibe I think he's conniving, sneaky, and a jerk that needs to pull his head out of his rump! All things will be dealt with in good time. As Tyler and Becca's relationship takes on a new level and heats up an old "friend" of Tyler's enters the picture and the battle does wage.
Conklin's foundation is a book full of twists and turns lies and deceit and love. Following the trail through this story is interesting and even a little fun to. I enjoyed the book and I think Brooke Page has done a terrific job of writing it. I hope to see the last book of the trilogy soon so we might now how it all goes down who will still be standing and does Becca finally win Tyler's heart. 4/5

Beca finally found the courage to say how she truely feels to those closest to her, now to deal with the fallout and hope everyone understands why she had to stand up for herself. With Tyler by her side though anything seems possible and it looks like she will finally get the happiness she's always wanted. With her job becoming more demanding and their pasts coming back to haunt them will Tyler and Rebecca be able to stand together to take the world on or will they crumble under the pressure?

I loved seeing Beca stand up and be strong for herself even when she's unsure about whats going on with her and Tyler or those around her. Watching her with a solid backbone I rooted for her all the way through from the dreaded meet the parents to having to deal with reminders from their pasts. Tyler is sweet and caring and you see him opening up more and more and you fall in love with him and how he treats Beca like a Princess. Watching the to learn together and accept each other even when they are having trouble all you want is to see them succed in their relationship and show everyone they are together for the long haul.

I enjoyed the continuation of the story line and how it grew from the first book into an even greater story. Seeing all the characters and how they act with each other you feel like you're right there in the story and a part of it. Can't wait to see the conclusion and how Tyler and Rebecca's story concludes.

Conklin's Foundation is the second book in Conklin's Trilogy, written by Brooke Page. I read the first book, Conklin's Blueprints and fell in love with both Becca and Tyler, as well as the book and the author. I finished Blueprints and immediately one clicked this one so I could immediately continue reading this amazing love story. I was not disappointed.

In this sequel, it becomes even more evident that this new author has amazing talent. the story continues to be believable while it makes you feel all type of emotions! The sequel is well written as the first book is, and again, it is a novel rather than a novella. I just feel deeper in love in with Tyler. Another well written work of art from Brook Page.

Unfortunately, I do not have the option to one click the third and final book of this series. I have to wait impatiently for it to be released and THIS has thrown me into a book hang over. I may not be able to read another book until the next book is released. There is no cliff hanger. I just can't get enough of Tyler and Becca.

Again, I highly recommend this book by Brooke Page. This second installment picks up where the first one stops without a cliff hanger. I do recommend that you read this series in order. It's not a bad thing because you'll not want to miss a second of Becca and Tyler!

Once again, I'm amazed and awed by the talent that this brand new author possesses! One click now and see for self!

Holy Crap! This 2nd book is intense, sexy, frustrating, thrilling and more!

Becca has just yelled at her family and friends and feels good but bad about doing so. Yet, she does have Ty there to support her. She gets to do a job in Miami and that and other things cause some serious problems.

Tyler is still secretive but so into Becca it's crazy. He doesn't ever want to hurt her- yet things wont stop showing or calling up.

Becca-- I LOVED her in this book! She was kick ass and loved her confidence and more. I was cheering her on! I loved how Ty did that to/for her. I loved what she did for him and his family for Christmas! <3

Ty-OMG! I fell in love with him so much more in this book. You will be frustrated with him at times/a lot of points but man does he make up for it and then some! I loved all the things he did for Becca. (Songs, gifts- oh man.. LOVED LOVED LOVED LOVED and then some!! swoon!

There is much drama, family issues, love, pain, angst and more that will have you gripped to each page in anticipation of what will happen next.

Brooke had me smiling, swooning, laughing, my heart racing in fear and anticipation while reading! I love her writing style and the characters she has created!

This second book was amazing and just as thrilling! That ending- WOAH! I can not wait until book three comes out... can't wait!!!

5 stars from me!!

This second book of the Conklin's trilogy continues the story of Becca and Tyler. The ending promises an excellent book 3.

Goodreads synopsis:

Becca finally found her courage and faced her tormentors head on to get what she deserved: respect and Tyler Conklin. With her new found strength in herself Becca’s faith in Tyler is solid, but is he willing to completely open up to her? They both have past baggage, and as Becca says, Tyler’s is particularly old. Will they finally get over their inner turmoil?

With everything they have been through, you would think Becca and Tyler have learned that secrets get them nowhere. They have made great leaps and bounds in their relationship, but Becca can’t help but feel he is still keeping something from her. Between the local detective snooping around and asking questions at the Conklin building and Tyler’s evasive answers, Becca remains skeptical about his excuses. Even though the detective seems more interested in RJ’s “projects”, Tyler’s hands seem to be in the pot as well.

Unfortunately, Tyler’s past comes back in his face along with his shady business. Will Becca hold true to her new found confidence and claim what’s hers… including Tyler.

Conklin’s Foundation is book two in the Conklin’s Trilogy. You should definitely read the first book in the trilogy, Conklin’s Blueprints, before reading book 2. After I read book 1, I was super excited to dive into book 2.

At the end of book 1, Becca has finally had enough and lets out all of her pent up frustrations. Frustrations against her mom, friends, ex-boyfriends, etc. Will she be able to repair those relationships? Brooke does a great job of answering that question in book 2. And what about Becca and Tyler. Will they get their happily ever after? They are still going through their relationship growing pains but I’m sure pulling for them. Just when you think all’s well that ends well….well maybe not. Between Becca’s insecurities and Tyler’s business dealings, only time will tell.

Conklin’s Foundation is a great read and I’m looking forward to reading the 3rd book in the trilogy. Make sure you grab book 1 and 2 so you’re caught up in time for book 3. I think this is a great series and I love Brooke’s writing style.

Tyler as a book boyfriend, hmm… I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt when it comes to his business dealings and give him a 4 out of 5 stars.

* I received this ebook in exchange for an honest review. *
I have been on pins and needles waiting for this book, that is how much I loved the first one and this one did not disappoint!! I am now anxiously awaiting book 3 in the series and need it soon!!! I loved the growing relationship between Becca & Tyler and of course the mystery surrounding RJ's bricks, what I didn't expect was another twist and the entering of a shady character that is known by both families as well as the police....who is Lee?!?!? I am now wondering and making up my own story about all of the twists and turns that the story is taking!!! This book makes you feel like you are hanging out with friends and making new relationships, so much so, that you don't want the story to end! It takes a great story and an even better author to make you feel like this and Brooke Page did it twice now....add this book to your To Be Read list as the next series that you start so that I am not the only one waiting for book 3 with so much excitement!!! Looking forward to many more adventures and books by this author!! A can't miss and a series that won't leave you disappointed or with buyers remorse!! Enjoy!!!

Conklin's Foundation is the second book in the series. It is not a stand alone. You must read Conklin's Blueprints first. Conklin's Blueprints is a great story and if you haven't read it you should. Conklin's Foundation starts where Conklin's Blueprints left off. It starts with a bombshell revelation from RJ about his business. I wondered how much RJ's sons actually knew about the business.

I loved this story. We got to see more of the Conklin family dynamics. RJ by far is one of the creepiest father characters I have read. We get a little more a Mitch and Nathan in this story. I love Nathans character. I was a little surprised by some of the things we learned about Nathan.

Tyler and Becca's story continues, and it's not and easy ride for them. They have to deal with exes, jobs away from each other and their own insecurities. It's a long book but I never got bored while reading it. There is so much going on in this story, that it keeps your attention.

I loved the ending. It's not a major cliffhanger but it leaves you wanting more. I can't wait to read more of Tyler and Becca's story.

Conklin's Foundation (Conklin's Trilogy #2)

Not very often do you stumble across and Indie author that you want to see more of… I have. There are a select few that I have found and followed every book they have written. I have found a new one that I am obsessed with! Brooke Page, you have stolen my heart and I officially have a book hangover.

In the second book to the Conklin Trilogy we find Tyler and Becca growing further into their relationship, fear not, there is still super hot steamy scenes with just the right amount of drama to keep you wanting more. Relationships are grown further with the other characters and we get more of insight into both Becca and Tyler's families.

Fear not, you won't have a bad cliffhanger but there is just enough to leave you wanting more. Seriously I have to wait until the Fall for the third book?? But honestly, it will be well worth the wait. I get hooked on good trilogies, if I don't like them I quit reading, I can't put this one down, this up there for me.

Thanks again Brooke, for another great one! I can't wait for more of Tyler and Becca!

I previously read the authors first book, Conklin's Blueprints, and was looking forward to reading this sequel. I can honestly say I enjoyed this one a bit more than the first.

This starts off right after the end of the first, when Becca gave everyone a piece of her mind. She didn't hold back and that is why I loved her!

This story puts Becca and Tyler through the wringer yet again. There are a lot of twists and turns throughout, some you may see coming, but others you definitely won't.

Becca's nemesis, Nanny Margo, makes a reappearance and manages to worm her way back into Tyler's life. For obvious reasons this irritates Becca, and the repercussions from this make quite good reading.

The author yet again leaves us desperate for more as she puts in a little teaser right at the end. The third book comes this year, but for me it can't come soon enough.

A good addition to the series in my opinion, well written, and with the promise of more to come. A definite recommendation for fans of the authors first book.

I can't believe I have to wait for the third book in this trilogy. This series is really good and Tyler Conklin is amazing. In this book it starts off right where blueprints ends. Becca is getting a backbone, Tyler's ice walls are melting quickly. They are in love with one another but there issues are still getting in their way. The job takes Becca to Miami for five weeks, Tyler doesn't come out as often as promised which is making a long distance relationship harder than they imagined. Nanny Margo is still around and Becca's insecurities are not helping the situation. Tyler has never given her reason to doubt him but she was burnt once before and she is scared. She is so in love with Tyler and him with her. They fight a lot.
We find out that Tyler's dad is doing risky business and Tyler is not happy about that. Things are staring to look good for Tyler and Becca's future, but will his dad and the risky business ruin a good thing.
Can't wait for book three!!

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

4 steamy stars.

This is the second book in the Conklin’s Blueprints Trilogy. This book begins where the first left off. Tyler makes good on his promise and they go "public" with their relationship. Tyler is still keeping secrets though...but he wants to protect Becca. Tyler is passionate and sexy, and Becca is a lucky girl when she keeps her head out of her a$$.

Even though their relationship is now "transparent", the past keeps coming back to haunt them. Secondary characters Margo and RJ play a big role in the story, as does Tyler's dad and a bad guy *no spoilers. Tyler’s brothers are awesome, Nathan and Mitch. Hoping they get their own books.

Unfortunately, Becca is still whiny at times and does not fully trust Tyler because of her past. She evolves in this story though, as does Tyler. There are secrets, lies, twists and turns. Overall, a good read. On to book 3.

After waiting impatiently for this I was so not disappointed.
This book takes you on a journey of love and two people who are trying to find their own way in the relationship , it was nice to see insecurities from both the leading characters in this...made it feel much more real to me.
There was a great mix of love, lust, jealousy, mad ex's, secrets & lies but I felt that it was dealt with by both parties exceptionally well and with honest reactions by the H & h
Margot....Grrrr wanted to slap her and also Ty at one point...keeping secrets not the way to go!
I loved this book even more than the first and the situation toward the end...not expecting that at all and the ending sets up the next book perfectly....can see more trouble brewing for Becca & her Ty.
Now to settle in for wait for the final book....mmm wonder if Brooke Page takes bribes......

Conklin's Foundation starts off where book 1 (Conklin's Blueprints) leaves off and I'm so thankful! Although Blueprints didn't have a significant cliffhanger, I was pleased with how easily I could settle back in with my friends, Becca and Tyler. Personally, I found this book to be more intense and emotional.

We learn more about RJ, Tyler's dad and his illegal activities that may jeopardize everything the family has worked for. Nathan has some pretty big secrets that are revealed as well. Tyler is starting to open up about his relationship with Becca, letting his family know he loves her. Becca has started to stand up for herself, growing some spunk and a backbone. She needs it when the creepy Nanny Margo (GAG) comes back and starts to twist Tyler around her finger (or other body parts).

This is the "it" book, rich guys, suspense, sex and jealousy. I received a copy for an honest review but now I have to wait for the next book, it's too far away! Becca and Tyler continue to have their ups and downs due to jealousy from the usual relationship baggage but this has a twist. The name of a certain guestionable character keeps coming up and a detective pops up randomly, what could be going on? Are the Conklin's in hot water? I definitely enjoyed this book more than the first, we have established characters but they're more defined as we learn about their families and past. Sometimes I wanted to yell at Becca for her insecurities and smack Tyler for not realizing what his actions can do to a girl. Quite surprised at the ending, a little cliff hanger but not in the way you would think - just enough to want more.

Wow...just wow!!! Conklin's Foundation is the 2nd book in the Conklin's Trilogy. If you haven't read book 1 Conklin's Blueprints you need to because otherwise it will be impossible to understand what's going on since this is a continuation of book 1. I love that it picked up where the first one left off. This book is full of romance, mystery & a twist at the end that had me yelling NOOOO please don't let this be the end of the book...but it was. I was sad because I knew I'd have to wait a while to find out how Tyler & Becca's story ends. I'm highly anticipating book 3 because I NEED TO KNOW what is going to happen!!!

If you haven't read this series you need to...both Conklin's Blueprints & Conklin's Foundation are fantastic page turners that will leave you on the edge of your seat & begging for more!

Brooke has done it again with Revised. I loved it and can't get enough of Mr. Tyler Conklin. In this book you have Tyler and Becca working on each of their pasts and dealing with Tyler's dad RJ and the infamous Nanny Margo. I thought it was well put together but just a little rough around the edges, but not enough to really drag the book down. When I say rough around the edges, I mean that it just needs a little bit more in some places and a little bit less in others. I am very thankful that I was asked to Beta read both of these fantastic books in exchange for an honest review. Brooke is a very talented writer and I look forward to everything she has coming out in the future. I would recommend Conklin's Blueprints and Conklin's Blueprints Revised to any and everyone.
