Kaye started out very young as a business owner with over 35 staff. Over the years she enjoyed building and selling a number of businesses.

Some of those businesses have been a large catering business with 3 reception lounges (the first business), a franchise food store, a franchise business brokers office, several retail stores, human resources placement service and also art supplies with tutoring.

Today Kaye enjoys writing non-fiction books and has recently added a fiction book to her list.

She is looking forward to 2014 with excitement and enthusiasm.

For the past 28 years Kaye has lived in Queensland, Australia enjoying the sub-tropical climate.

This well formatted recipe book provides easy, step-by-step cooking instructions for a variety of healthy meals. The ingredients Ms Dennan uses are, for the most part, easily sourced and the ideas she gives for cooking on a budget will ensure that your money goes much further than it did before.

The range of recipes includes: soups, breads, snacks, one-pot, main meals, salads and desserts. Whilst there are some tried and tested favourites in here such as a basic recipe for omelette, there are also some more challenging dishes such as Green Curry Chicken and Sweet Potato. There really is something for everyone and I love the homemade pictures that this recipe book includes, along with Ms Dannan's love of herbs.

Overall I thought this was a great addition to my recipe book shelf, because I can give it my husband for some of the basic recipes (he's not great in the kitchen!) and I can use it for myself with some of the more complex meals.

Would love to see more recipes from this author!!!

I was impressed with these recipes. They are easy but they are also tasty. They are also easy to double to cook for 4 if you wish.

Included are recipes you can use for entertaining or alternatively every day meals. A must!
