This was a hilarious book. Each chapter is a different story from a
Maine game warden. The wardens tell about arrests, incidents, and calls that they
took part in during their time in the force. Each story is filled with humor and
adventure. If you are a nature love,r you will be entertained by this book. I was
laughing so hard while reading it that some of the parents waiting for their kids
in my son’s karate classes asked what I was reading because they wanted to read it too!

Was a quick light read, just each story kept me wanting more. After reading several other game warden/conservation officers book it just wasn't enough in there for me...

Technically this story is written by Mr. Parker from which the stories come from. Megan Price only fixed them up a bit. It is an excellent read and the experiences are funny and amazing while being informational. The only problem with this book is that Price chose an exceptionally dumb illustrator, resulting in the book's overall quality lowering noticeably. Five stars only in support of Mr. Parker.

Wonderful little book filled with the action adventures of a Maine game warden. Each story was entertaining; it was easy to laugh along and experience the escapades with Mr. Parker.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself, and am still deciding which of his stories is my favorite. I rate this a five stars.
