Meh. I enjoyed some pictures but the rest were soft porn. Having met Merlin many times, these weren’t the kinds of photos he took at first. Entertaining nonetheless, I suppose.

I absolutely love all of Merlin Bronques work. He sheds such a light into the party scene of now. This book and his work will be looked back on in years to come and much appreciated.Can we appreciate it now or chalk it up to crazy party goers? I, for one, am ensnared and send it straight to the awesome shelf. Not so much a coffee table book, at least at my house, as some photos are a little risque, but he sheds such an interesting perspective on the entire scene. If anyone is interested in Bronques, I suggest checking out his blog, where he combines fabulous photographs and brilliant writing.
