My father demands I give up my dreams to follow the path he’s set for me, but I want more.
And I won’t settle.

In exchange for a small favor, my aunt helps get me started on a new path. My path. But I should have known life isn’t that easy. One of my father’s most trusted men catches up with me, and he’s brought a friend.

I’m off limits, the boss’ daughter, but that doesn’t stop Bastian or Garrick. They’re both overbearing, overprotective, and mouthwatering.

They don’t approve of my aunt. Positive she’s going to betray me, they won’t let me out of their sight. And when I do manage to sneak away, they take turns showing me exactly what price I’ll pay when I cross the line.

But I have to see this through. No matter the cost.

Gotta give this one the ole’ rating based on vibes. Because I love a fantasy retelling, MMF is the best, and the spice was epically good.

📔 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼: Siren, book 5 in the Never After series by Measha Stone

📚𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲: Fantasy retelling, mafia romance, MMF, enemies-to-lovers, romantic suspense.

📖 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀: Ariella just wants to sing professional. Instead, her father marries her off to a rival. Desperate to escape, she signs a contract to work with her disgraced Aunt Ursa. With her bodyguard Bastian, she is ready to make it big on stage when she meets club owner Garrick and they realize that all might not be copacetic with the contract she signed.

🌟 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: What can I say? I’m a sucker for a retelling and this book was fun, so take that for what you will.

I’m very stingy with mafia romance, but my criteria were met - Ariella had a brain (although she was naive) and a good character arc as she progressed. The fantasy retelling portion of this was interesting and unique.

And the spice was spicing! Maybe a liiiiiiitle BDSM-irresponsible, but hey… it’s fiction.

This was part of my quest to read some new-to-me authors, and it’s safe to say I’ll be reading more of Measha Stone.

📝 𝗔 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲… This is the fifth book in the series and I have not read the rest. It read just fine as a standalone.

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 4/5 🌶🌶🌶🌶

A deliciously dark and twisted Little Mermaid retelling. I enjoyed Ariella’s strong willed personality and watching her push the buttons of two sexy possessive alphas. An intense and entertaining read.

Ever After Book 5. Each book follows a different set of characters and can be read as a stand-alone but to get the most of the story it is suggested to read the books in order. This book is loosely inspired by The Little Mermaid.

𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
Ariella has big dreams of her own. Dreams that do not include the arranged marriage her father is trying to set up with a rival family. She wants to sing on a stage more than anything. When her father refuses to let her follow her dreams, a surprising opportunity allows her to enlist the help of her Aunt Ursa… but with the warnings to keep away from her aunt, how much should she actually trust her?

When her bodyguard Bastian finds out Ariella’s left home, he hunts her down with the help of his old friend Garrick. Together they find out what Ariella’s up to and try to help keep her safe from her evil aunt and the trouble she’s trying to stir up.

This was a suspenseful read with spicy situations throughout. The plot moved fast enough to get you sucked into the story and want to know what was going to happen next. Ariella is strong willed and determined. I loved how she wasn’t afraid to back down or fight for what she wanted. Bastian and Garrick are the perfect possessive, dominant alpha males that just want to provide the ultimate protection… with that side of sweet only for their girl. But also have no reservations to spank her booty when she’s being naughty. 😉 I loved the guys bond and I liked the banter between all of them also. I really enjoyed this darkish twist on this The Little Mermaid inspired retelling. This was the only book in this series I’ve read and I had no trouble keeping up. I am looking forward to checking out some of the other books in this series!

She may have been fucked in the past, but it was nothing compared to what he and Bastian would do to her, for her, and with her.

“I think she wants something. I think she wants your tongue on her pussy. Is that right, Ariella? Do you want Garrick to lick your pussy, suck on your clit?”

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

Ariella has a very controlling father. She has dreams and things she wants to do with her life. He has other plans for her. When her father wants something, you do it. However she wants to be a professional singer. Her father's solution is to marry her off to one of his rivals. Now she is very desperate to escape, and we all know that desperate people do desperate things. When her fallen from grace Aunt Ursa makes her an offer she can't refuse, she signs on the dotted line takes her bodyguard Bastian and goes out to live her dream on stage. She never expects to meet club owner Garrick and things suddenly seem to not be as great as she thought signing that contract with her disgraced Aunt would be. Sparks are flying and she has two very alpha males at her side who are going to make sure that she is protected at all costs. This is the story of a woman who is desperate to live her dreams no matter what. I loved her characters. She is smart but also the bosses daughter. I loved that Bastian and Garrick were super passionate about her. They want to protect her and punish her at the same time. I will say don't let Basitan frustrate you. Trust me he will. But don't give up on him. I can't really tell you my thoughts on this and not give something away. Sit back, relax and enjoy a really great menage romance.

Siren is the 5th book in Measha Stone's Ever After series of fairytale retellings.

I love retellings, those reimaginings of beloved fairytales with a decidedly dark turn. Ms Stone does a great job of setting the stage for a new take on The Little Mermaid. Dad (Triton) is a mob boss, and Arielle is his youngest daughter who wants to be a singer. Dad wants her to marry, Arielle being the strong willed young lady she is, finds a way to escape her fate.

Enter the anti-hero, one of her Dad's men. Here's where the story goes off the rail for me. Bastian really hasn't shown any interest in Arielle, except to point out she's spoiled and should be punished. I'm a bit surprised when he, and his friend, both claim her. Don't get me wrong. I love a menage read, but at first this seems forced. I read dark romance all the time, and this gave me some vibes that felt of abuse and harassment rather than humiliation and domination. It felt forced, there was no interaction with the characters, no back story to support this attraction.

The actual plot didn't pick up until 75% of the way in. Then it became a very interesting story, one that would have been really enjoyable had it started at the beginning of the book. That also goes for character interaction, though still very 2 dimensional.

There are many hot encounters, and if that is what you're looking for, you'll find it here.

This modern-day take on a fairy tale is no sweet romance story. I struggled with the
storyline at times. The premise was good, but I felt that the storyline was weak and
that the characters lacked depth. This is my view only, and I encourage readers to
make up their own minds.

Ariella’s dreams of being a musician are being torn apart by her father who expects
her to marry to strengthen the family business. Ariella took her future into her own
hands and escaped with the help of her aunt Ursa. Now that's worth reading the
story on its own. Ariella was feisty and so brave when faced with adversity, but she
never expected to find herself sandwiched between two controlling men. The sex
scenes were detailed and erotic. There were no hearts and flowers. No sweet moments. Just two men who developed feelings for the woman in their care and decided to keep and protect her.

I had an emotional disconnect with Bastian and Garrick initially when it appeared that
they also had an agenda of their own for Ariella, but they redeemed themselves when
their main agenda was to keep Ariella safe and sexually satiated. I particularly disliked her aunt and her father who were using Ariella for their own gains.

A gripping read of self-discovery, repressed urges, and love. The story includes danger, despair, the good and bad in people, spankings, and explicit sex scenes

An inspired retelling of a fairytale I believe readers will be totally intrigued by

From the very start of this story, I was captivated the author Measha Stone has such a clever way of weaving a mystery within her stories that draw the reader right in, you are not able to put the book down until you reach the end and discover the outcome.

You will find the mermaid In this story to not be the typical sweet and beautiful story that so often is in fairytales and in certain movies. In this case the little mermaid Arielle has put her trust in the wrong individuals and fortunately for her two individuals Garrick and Bastian are watching out for her as they know the dastardly deeds and intent of some individuals and are determined to care for her.

I do not want to spoil the story completely so will not say any more but I guarantee that you will not put this down till you reach the end and discover the outcome, will good win over evil you will have to see for yourself.

I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.

I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.

This is a new twist on the Little Mermaid story. Ariella has a beautiful voice. She has a chance at become a star. She just wants a chance to sing. Her father isn’t interested in that. He wants her to marry the man of his choosing. But that isn’t what she wants. One glorious night turns bad and now she is trapped. Her aunt Ursa is willing to help but for a price. Is that a smart decision to get what she wants? Bastian was tired of Ariella getting into trouble. That girl needed a spanking. When he finds out that she is in danger, he certainly didn’t think it would lead to an old friend, Garrick. Now these two are trying to reel her in and make sure nothing happens to her. I have to say this is so much fun. In my head I can hear Ursula’s voice from the Little Mermaid. It’s funny but dark. Finn has been Ariella friend forever. She is a brat. I get that she wants to spread her wings and fly but she has been kept closed off from the world her father is involved in. I like Garrick. He brings a different twist to the story. We also have some that aren’t what you think. If you read the other books in the series, you will notice them. I need to go back and read a couple. I do love the line, “You pour, unfortunate girl.” I smiled at that. When Ariella is finally let in on the doings of her father and her aunt, thinks get dark. Now it’s a race to protect her and save her. It is a great way to turn the little mermaid dark.

ARC Review of Siren by Measha Stone
* * * * *
On hell of a MMF romance that was delivered well by this author it its underworld dark romance with modern day fairy tale romance!

Ariella is stuck in control of her father who has decided she is to marry.
After one bad decision leds to all she cares for to be destroyed, she decides to take on a deal from her aunty to have her chance to run off and chase the dreams she wants.
Only, she lands right into the clutches of Bastian - her bodyguard/babysitter as well as the club owner Garrick...both whom seem to have a past with one another themselves.
If things weren't getting complicated enough - even in the best way - what happens with her aunt's deception comes to harm Ariella?

This has got to the book of the series that has me fanning my face and jaw hitting the floor. Never will I look at a crab the same way again! Never would I have thought to put Bastian's ideal character - linking to Disney - in the position he is now. However, in this BDSM, spank the naughty girl kind of way...it totally makes sense!
I also like that they made Ariella's character actually love to sing, not that she just has a good voice.
Double the dom. Double the punishment. Double the pleasure!
Applause to Measha Stone!

I had a good feeling about this book, and it turns out I was right because it's great.

Ariella's dream is to sing on stage, but unfortunately, her father has other plans for her and wants her to marry the man he chooses. The woman is one of character and in order to fulfill her dream and free herself from her father, she makes a deal with her aunt. Unfortunately, this arrangement brings her more trouble instead of the desired freedom. Ariella, however, can count on the help of Bastian and Garrick, who will not let anything happen to her.

This is my first time with the author, but I definitely want to read her other books. The idea for the plot was very good, and the author has a light pen, and I don't even know when the end of the book was. The creation of the characters deserves a big plus, I liked that Ariella had her character. And of course, I have to mention the male characters, I love both equally, I wouldn't be able to choose one, luckily I don't have to. I read a lot of naughty books, but this one is certainly one of the hottest books I've read. I will absolutely come back to it again, especially since it wasn't such a typical MMF. If you like retelling, hot heroes and a plot that will absorb you, then you must read Siren.

A steamy modern day retelling of the Little Mermaid as Ariella, in an attempt to escape the prospect of an arranged marriage, runs away to pursue her dream of singing closely followed by her one of her father’s bodyguards. Bastian isn’t happy when he catches up with her and especially not when he finds out she’s gotten herself involved in something dangerous. With the aid of his cousin Garrick who owns the club he found her in, they decide that there’s nothing else for it but to punish her for her actions.

This was a hot and steamy quick read. Bastian and Garrick were definitely cousins of the kissing kind leading to some seriously sizzling scenes between them and Ariella but while their chemistry was hot, I just didn’t feel relationship development or emotional ties between them. I did love the underlying plot with Ariella’s aunt - even though every time I read her name the Walt Disney character popped into my mind. This element added some suspense and depth to the story and also allowed some growth in Ariella’s character as she played a part in her aunt’s downfall despite the objections of her dominant and overprotective men.

This is a retelling of the Little Mermaid. Ariella is this books version of the little mermaid. Ariella is rebelling against her father. Ariella wants to be a singer and not forced to be married. Her wicked aunt Ursa takes advantage of that. Honestly I was waiting for Ariella to lose her ability to sing after signing on the dotted line. Ariella is also involved with 2 men in this book, Bastian and Garrick. Bastian's relationship came out of nowhere, for me, because he acted like he didn't like Ariella. This book includes spanking but nothing like I've read Measha Stone write before. This book also includes MFM and MMF scenes. As the saying goes, the swords cross, repeatedly. I didn't really expect that because both of these men were such strong, dominant, alpha men. There are some triggering subjects such as human trafficking. That isn't discussed in great detail. The biggest question is will Bastian and Garrick help Ariella? Or will they turn Ariella over to her father and her arranged marriage? Overall, it's a fast paced, spicy book that takes place in a corrupt world.

I received a free ARC of this book and voluntarily left this review.

*thank you Valentinepr & author for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.*

(Check tw’s)

This is a dark & delicious mafia book loosely based off of the little mermaid and I enjoyed EVERY SECOND of it!

I got sucked into this one so quickly & couldn’t stop until the very last page. There was suspenseful situations, action, & amazing spice between the 3 characters.

Ariella’s dad has already arranged her marriage to a man who won’t understand her or her dreams of becoming a singer. So during a moment of weakness she turns to her Aunt Ursa & walks away with a deal. But little does she know that she is now involved in some dangerous business with some bad people.
Her bodyguard Bastian gets word that Ariella has left home & tracks her down with the help of his longtime friend Garrick.
Together they keep Ariella safe from her Aunt & the trouble she won’t stop causing.

Our fmc Ariella is strong willed, passionate and will stop at nothing to have the future she wants/deserves.

Bastian & Garrick are possessive & dominante with a sweet side that’s only for their girl. *swoon*
I loved the banter between all of the characters & how they each offered each other exactly what they needed.

TROPES & THINGS:
•mmf with mm
•hea
•spanking
•O denial
•mafia
•grumpy/sunshine
•romantic suspense

When it comes to my favourite fairytale retellings, I am 100% in. This one didn't disappoint either. My 1st by this author and she has definitely caught my attention with her writing. This book captivated me from start until the end.
It was a fast, Dark and steamy story. It's a a why choose, MMF.
Arialla's dreams of singing on stage is shattered when her father arranges a marriage for her.
Leaving her no choice she runs away, with an unexpected help from her estranged aunt.
Trusting her aunt she tries to live her dream.
Arialla was strong and determined character but naive at times.
In comes her dad's bodyguard Bastion and Garrick his best friend. Oh these two alpha's were just 🥵. They are both Dominant and so hot. Whether Arialla wants their help or not, they will be sticking around. I loved how their relationship blossomed and turned inferno. They weren't looking for a forever after but that may be changing.
There is someone out to harm Arialla she is tricked by a sheep in a wolf skin. Her men are determined to protect her.
Fast paced, action, drama, Dark and steamy. Highly recommend it to my smut Lovers that still believe in fairytales. 😉.

And yet again, Ms. Stone does not in any way disappoint.
This adult (very adult) version of her reimagining of The Little Mermaid pulled me deep into the story, the characters as well as the plot.
The magic for me is in Ms. Stone's writing skills: she gives her readers writing that easily conjures mental images as well as scenes, sights, voices, mannerisms. As though you're part of the story not merely reading it.
As always, her writing is articulate, smooth, perfectly balances action, suspense, threats & her scorching scenes of sizzle that will have you clutching your pearls or downing prodigious amounts of VERY COLD iced tea.
The characters, Garrick, Bastian & Ariella are wonderfully detailed & fleshed out & I cared about & was invested in all 3 of them. I WANTED them to end up happy & together, forever.
So for the reader who wants to escape the real world & dive into a superbly written tale of sizzle, deep emotion, tense suspense & love, I highly recommend this one.
I loved it.

Please do be sure to read the author's trigger warning provisos.

Siren is book 5 in the Ever After series and can be read as a standalone.

Synopsis: Ariella just wants to sing professionally. Instead, her father views her as a pawn and plans to marry her off to a business associate. Desperate to follow her dreams does a small favor for her Aunt Ursa who can help her get out of town. One of her dad’s men, Bastian, happens to find her and although she should be off limits that doesn’t stop Bastian and club owner, Garrick, from pursuing her.

Review: Loved this steamy tale. Both Bastian and Garrick were not afraid to show Ariella what she was missing. At times she showed her immaturity, but overall she was a good character.

A quick note: a retelling of the Little Mermaid.

Final Bits: Hero (Bastian and Garrick) 5 | Heroine (Ariella) 5 | Plot 4 | Writing Style 4 | Steam 4 | Romance 4 | Angst-Suspense 3 | Darkness 3 | Humor 1 | Secondary Characters 4 | Drama-Conflict 3 | Mystery 3 | Twists 3 | Action 3 | Pacing Steady | Dual POV | MF | Forbidden Love | Age Gap | Mafia | Overall 4 Stars

This was a Little Mermaid tale in the Ever After series. Ariella wants to be singer but her father wants to force her into a marriage. Her aunt offers to help with a request that Ariella assist her in a task. Bastian is one of her father's guards who has always considered the boss' daughter off limits. Garrick is the brother of Jackson Titon from a previous story in the series. Surprisingly Garrick and Bastian are already intimately aquatinted. When they decide to kidnap and punishment her she gets an eye opening encounter. This was a quick read and we get insta-lust (I won't call it love) pretty quickly. In regards to Ariella and Bastian they had a history, Bastian and Garrick had a history, but Garrick and Ariella there had been nothing so it was super quick. These two are super grumpy and protective of Ariella and I love that aspect. This is definitely a book that reads easier if you've already read the other stories in the series.

In this steamy retelling of the Little Mermaid, the reader meets Ariella , the youngest of Henry Trident's daughters. She is a musical prodigy, but that interferes with her father's plans to marry her off to a business associate's son, so he destroys her dreams and her music room before taking off on a hunting trip when she sang at a club rather than attend a dinner to meet her "fiancé," Bastian worked for her father, who was not a totally legitimate businessman, knew Ariella had a special gift and the voice of a Siren who could lead a man to his doom, but Henry paid him to make sure nothing happened to Ariella...so after her father destroyed her dreams, her Aunt Ursa offered to help with passage to the bigger city and a starter fund to get a apartment and job as a singer....or was this a ruse??? Bastian tracked her a club owned by a good friend, Garrick...but would these men help or hinder Ariella's dreams??? I voluntarily read this book through an Advanced Reader Copy.

Fall in love with this wicked retelling of the Lil Mermaid!
I feel for Ariella who gets an offer to sing in a club which is her dream, except her father has arranged to marry her off and the party to introduce her to her fiance is the same night. Ariella won’t let her father squash her dream like a bug and despite delays at the club, she sings and plays to a rapture crowd. Bastian who works for her father meets her after her set and unexpectedly compliments her nonetheless. What her father does is over the top allowing Ariella to easily fall in to a plan hatched by her Aunt Ursa. Ariella escapes to a new town where Garrick the club owner intrudes on her evening. Her return to the club brings her face to face with Bastian and to say the ensuing encounter is unpredictable, yet everything seems to fit perfectly between Bastian and Garrick with Ariella. How will it all end? You have to read to find out and don’t expect to put the book down until you turn the last page!

An adult retelling of The Little Mermaid. By Measha Stone. That will be a hell yeah sign me up!
I absolutely adorned Ariella. The youngest daughter but most certainly not docile.
I appreciated so much that she wasn’t a pushover. She loved her dad. But she loved her dreams too.
Bastian is one of the trusted men that work for Ariella’s father. He’s on the morally grey side of the scale. He tries of Ariella’s “antics”. While also feeling for her with her plight with her father.
What he really wants to do is take her over his knee and give her a good ole fashioned spanking with a side of kink.
Garrick is Bastian’s best friend and nightclub owner. He too wants to take Ariella to task.
But there is also more to Garrick and Bastian than meets the eye.
I loved these two sexy alpha possessive men 😍
I enjoyed this book very much.
It’s sexy and dirty and a definite page turner!

'Siren' is the fifth book in Measha Stone's "Ever After" series, which features reimagined fairytales. I enjoy retellings, those new takes on beloved stories, particularly when they take a dark twist. Ms. Stone does an excellent job of reinterpreting "The Little Mermaid." In this version, Arielle's father, Triton, is a mob boss who destroys her music room in an attempt to crush her dreams. However, with a promise to her aunt to fulfill a commitment, Arielle finds a way to escape. Her father then sends one of his men to locate her.

Bastion discovers her at his friend Garrik's club, and they decide she needs protection. To achieve that, they agree that she must be taken in hand.

This is not your traditional fairytale, but it is a delightful read for older "kids" who still enjoy a touch of magic!

Oh wow! I didn't realize when I started this story that I would get sucked in so fast. Ariella is a gifted musician but her father doesn't understand and demands that she marries Chad, a man she has no desire to be close too. Bastian is suppose to guard her but has secretly been wanting to "take her in hand"! I mean, she can be a brat and Bastian is going to have his hands full but when his friend Garrick comes into the scene, I knew where this was going. It was so good and the details of the story were wonderful and kept me engaged. Her aunt Ursa was such an evil woman and I honestly hated her! I loved this story so much. It was well written and while I didn't care for Garrick at first, he eventually won me over. So, so good!

This had so much potential. I had fun and it was a quick and spicey read, but everything was just underdeveloped.

The characters themselves, and the relationships between all three, were flat. I also didn't like how bossy and demanding both Bastian and Garrick were with Ariella. They legit treated her like a legit child – it was too much at times.

The spice was good and I loved the lil throuple situation, but it needed more. I wanted to know more about Bastian and Garrick, about Bastian and Ariella, and Garrick and Ariella. We just got spice and some sweet words that didn't mean much for me considering what little we got with their relationships.

Overall, it was quick, fun, and super spicey, but, for me, nothing special.

REVIEW FOR SIREN

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars

Thank you to @valentine_pr_ and @meashastone for the gifted copy!

𝕊𝕐ℕ𝕆ℙ𝕊𝕀𝕊:
A Little Mermaid retelling, this MMF why choose focuses on Ariella, who wants to sing and perform. Her father, Henry Trident, wants her to marry for strategic alliance. When he destroys her passion, Ariella strikes a deal with her aunt Ursa, providing her an escape. What she doesn’t expect is her aunt being caught up in unsavory activities. She meets Garrick, owner of the club Notes. Garrick has an idea of how Ariella should be behaving, and it’s not something Ariella cares for. When Bastian, an old friend and associate of Ariella’s father, catches up with Garrick to bring Ariella back, they both decide that they are not willing to part with her. She’s may be off limits, but they don’t care.

𝕎ℍ𝔸𝕋 𝕀 𝕃𝕀𝕂𝔼𝔻:
• how close this retelling was to the real story
• the spice 🔥🔥🔥
• the relationship between Bastian, Ariella and Garrick

𝕎ℍ𝔸𝕋 𝕎𝔸𝕊ℕ’𝕋 𝕄𝕐 ℂ𝕌ℙ 𝕆𝔽 𝕋𝔼𝔸:
• I felt the storyline was choppy at times
• the ending seemed a bit…anticlimactic

𝕆𝕍𝔼ℝ𝔸𝕃𝕃 𝕋ℍ𝕆𝕌𝔾ℍ𝕋𝕊:
This was my first MMF novel and Why Choose novel, and man oh man did it deliver. I love a good retelling, and this was fantastic- I couldn’t put it down. I thought the characters were passionate, and you could feel that through the pages. It peaked my interest enough to want to read the previous stories, and I wonder how the different retellings weave into each other. I do feel like Ariella’s fiery attitude was tampered a bit, but the story maintained her naivety from the movies which added to the storyline. If you like why choose romance or romances with a bit of k*nk, check this one out!

Ariella has dreams for the future, and they don’t include the marriage her father has arranged for her. Accepting help from her aunt will either give her everything she wants, or she will go from one difficult situation to another.

Bastian works for her father so when he finds out what she has done he is determined to keep her safe with the help of his friend and club owner Garrick. Their way of protecting her includes some discipline for what they consider her wayward behavior but when danger comes calling there is no one she would rather have by her side.

The chemistry between them is intense as Ariella’s feisty personality is the perfect challenge for Bastian and Garrick’s protective side.

A Sirens Call…

I absolutely loved this steamy retelling of the little mermaid with a difference…
Ariella dreams had always been to play her music and sing but after a disagreement with her father, her dream is shattered but in her determination she goes out on her own with some help from her estranged aunt, but in exchange she was to do a small favour but in doing so she meets Garrick Titon, best friend to her sometimes bodyguard and one of her fathers men Bastian Kaspar…
Garrick and Bastian team up and step in to keep Ariella safe from what her aunt is up too as their relationship heats up to boiling point and the suspense and danger comes to a life and death point for Ariella….a definite 5 star read…

Siren is the fifth book set within the Ever After series. It can be read as a stand alone. Ariella dreams of singing on stage, but after her father crushes her music room and her dreams, she runs away with help from her aunt. Bastion finds her at Garrick’s club, and together, they take her in hand, protecting her from herself. But as her aunt’s plans unfold and Ariella is caught in the middle, will Bastian and Garrick be able to claim her and keep her safe?

Ohhh my goodness! You guys! This series has been one of my favorites, a favorite to turn to and reread, and every book that’s been released associated with it has been dynamite - Siren was no exception! Ariella, Bastian, and Garrick are intense and steamy and so good together, and I loved their book so much! This was definitely a page turner for me because I needed to know what would come next with their relationship and with all of the drama that was happening in the background! Ariella is a bit naive, a bit immature at times, but she had big dreams that she refused to have be crushed! I loved her perseverance and drive, and also loved her vulnerabilities and the way she thrived under Bastian and Garrick’s care. Both dominant, both protective, and both not looking for a relationship, the three of them completely clicked and had a relationship built on trust, honesty, and spankings. I was hooked, right from page one. I loved this book!
