This is a fascinating collection of poems, in very different styles and with different approaches, inspired by visits to Lindisfarne in 2013.

It contains poems by several of my favourite contemporary poets, as well as by poets whose work I have never read before. The poems all work together to create a complex and beautiful discourse on Lindisfarne, the nature of faith, and the place of saints in contmeporary society.
