Vada Roberts was just like any other teenager. She got in trouble by her parents and did things she wasn't supposed to do. Then one night she is kidnapped by sex traffickers along with her best friend Brittany Beagleman. They are then owned by one of the biggest sex traffickers, Mr. James and is forced into slavery. Ryan Dean, Vada's love interest, sets out into the dangerous world of human trafficking to find them and bring them home even though he battles with demons of his own. As he plunges deeper into danger he realizes finding them won't be easy. Can he save them before it's too late? Can Vada save herself before she loses her mind?
Horrible grammar spelling and missing words. If you can write using no grammar or spelling and missing a lot of the words I could be a best selling author
This is another tale of a young girl not following her parents instructions and ending up being the victim of the sex trafficking racket. It has some unusual family twists to the story, as well as a romantic involvement that makes everything turn out rosy. Not a very realistic book, and really not very interesting unless you are into sadistic sex. I did not really care for it, as it is just not my type of story. Kathy R. Blackman
The story was very good, until the end. The Ending was just too unbelievable. A girl just wouldn't be that chipper after everything Vada went through. My biggest issue with this book is that it is very obvious the author doesn't have a beta reader and or an editor. There are just too many errors in the book, which makes it hard to read at times.
I should have read the reviews before purchasing this. The spelling mistakes are bad. Have you heard of proof reading. I also prefer books that aren't written in first person to many he and she's it gets boring. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
I very much disliked the ending. It was very muddled them abrupt. I thought the author was telling a story of what is becoming and has been a human tragedy, sex trafficking. But instead the story fell short by turning into a soap opera type story.
I thought this book was good. The storyline was believable. This book was very traffic but there was a warning about that. I found a lot of typos but over all a good read..
I gave it a five because it kept me very interested. I just wish someone would have proofread it before hand , there were so many misspelled words you had to keep rereading the paragraphs to get to the point
Interesting read. Really got me hooked from the first couple of pages. Once you read for yourself, you might understand why I gave it a 4 star. There are some spelling errors. But im still kind of unsure about one aspect of this book.
Some good parts and a few surprises. Generally about average and master plot easy to guess from HR beginning. A light love story with some fairly good forced sex which is the main topic of the book.
I really appreciated this book put a lot in perspective for me. It’s crazy to think this stuff really happens to girl and it’s heart breaking anyone would do this.
the story was interesting believable in the beginning but did not seem to know how to end it. seemed to come up a little short on a good ending. overall a decent read
The storyline was interesting but mostly predictable, outside of the ending, for this type of story it was completely unpredictable and not quite imaginable. Their is a secondary storyline that plays throughout the book but doesn't really come to fruition until the end and then it leaves a lot of unanswered questions. It also would have been nice to get some of the other girls point of views given some of their actions, as that also left questions. The editing cost this book a star all by itself. In short it is mostly non-existent in the sense that maybe basic spellchecker was used, which will not tell you that incorrect words were used and this often made the story confusing and in some cases, losing the reader. I have the book 3* because this type of story is hard to write, no matter what your reality of this type of situation is. In my mind it got an extra start for that reason alone.
It's hard enough to control my dyslexia when reading. Throw in a book that has extra words, poor grammar, jumbled sentences, and what appears to be absolutely no proof reading. It became impossible to read. I could even make it to the end of the book. Once it became a chore to read it was no longer enjoyable
