The fourth book in The Fall series - Continue the post-apocalyptic thriller with everyday characters thrust into a heart-pounding action adventure.
I'm a fan of all things apocalyptic, because who doesn't love imagining a world without traffic?
When all the rules of society are gone, when emergency services don't answer, and when every day is a struggle to survive, the capacity for human potential and heroism is unlimited.
Which is why I love to write about everyday characters thrust into scenarios where they are forced to go beyond their breaking point, and make peace with the person they have become when they emerge on the other side.
My inspiration comes from books, games, movies and TV shows. Some of my favorite stories include The Stand, The 100, The Walking Dead, Falling Skies, Westworld and of course, The Last Of Us.
When I'm not writing, I'm in the kitchen trying a new pickling recipe, or figuring out the best way to zombie-proof my house without alarming the neighbors.
Riley faces her most ruthless opponent yet. Big Rambo energy in this one. Non-stop action and lots of nail-biting moments - I hope she goes back and steals the green beret and cammo grease.
𝐌𝐲 𝐭𝗼𝐱𝐢𝐜 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐝. I can't believe I finished this book !!!! 😭😭😭😭 And the next one isn't out yet and I don't know how I can survive because my brain don't wanna think about something else.
Even though it's not about romance or fantasy, this story wrapped me hard around it and I find myself so involved in their story like it was my own life. The action, though a lot, was the perfect amount and nothing sounds to exaggerated nor impossible. The development of the character it's clear, nice and so subtle that you find yourself thinking of the first time when you meet Riley and how she evolved so much that its seems are 2 different characters.
I wasn't expected to love this book so much, not even like it, but it's one of my favourite books series and it's so sad that it didn't get the recognition it's deserved.
I was completely engrossed reading all four books. When is the next book in the series coming out? I am following the author on Amazon so I don’t miss it. And now I am off to read all Steve’s books. Thanks Steve and please keep your awesome books coming.
This book was absolutely savage, had me cringing for the injuries but it was so damn good. Girl power 💪🏼 Also these are so well written and the chapters are quick, I love them
