Forget all those stupid dream dictionaries out there, this book gives you step by step simple questions to lead yourself or someone else to understanding the meaning of their dreams. Blew me away the first time I tried it. Works again and again. Don't need the tape and the cards are just a handy reference, but once you know the theory it's pretty simple. Interpreted a complex dream of a complete stranger once for a class project, using only this book.
