Neturiu prie ko prikibti :) Knygoje pateikti pagrindiniai pilateso principai, knygos pagrindas - pilateso pratimų anatomija: kaip atlikti, kokias kūno dalis pratimas įdarbina, ko vengti, kaip modifikuoti, jei norisi stipresnio ar lengvesnio pratimo. Aiškiai, glaustai, vaizdžiai. Puikus pagalbininkas norint savo rytinę mankštą praturtinti naujais pratimais.
