So what do you do when you are a thief for hire and you steal a gem that changes your gender and nationality if you touch it and you do accidentally touch it? Well, if you're Joe (our hero) you have sex with anyone and everyone you can find!
It's an interesting premise. You touch the gem (or someone touches you with it) and you pass out. When you awake you are a different gender. As you adjust to not having a penis but large breasts and a vagina instead you realize you no longer understand the language being spoken around you and your sex drive is off the charts.
Joe finds himself in this position and works at finding a way to switch back but at one point he wonders if he really wants to.
