I enjoyed this second installment of The Witches of Freedom Moon. We meet Taryn and Nick who together solve the ten year old case of arson that took the life of Taryn's Mother and left the shadow of guilt cast on her all these years.
We also get to see some old friends, Zander, Jilly & Haley to name a few.
It was an exciting and fun read full of mystery, witchery,& erotic moments with HOT sexy men! So, Heck Yeah, I recommend this, especially if you start with Hidden Magic where it all begins so you get to know everyone and have the full experience.

When Taryn Mayberry finds herself the prime suspect in an arson investigation, she can’t help but feel that history has a way of repeating itself. Having been accused of setting the fire that killed her mother ten years prior and never having the satisfaction of having the true arsonist brought to justice, Taryn has never had reason to trust either the firefighters or the police.
What she doesn’t count on is the undeniable attraction she has toward fireman Nick Hamilton, the man who found her knocked unconscious on the night of the fires, a man whose father was the one who investigated and accused her of her mother’s death, and a man who she keeps having very detailed, hot & steamy erotic visions of.
Although she tries to push Nick away, he’s having none of that and insists on helping Taryn. As more events unfold and Taryn faces increasing suspicions, she leans on her awakened psychic talents and Nick to help find clues to clear her name. Will she and Nick be able to figure out who is behind the arson before the arsonists targets Taryn? Will Taryn be able to find answers about her mother’s death? Will Taryn be able to move past the pain in her past and find a spot for Nick in her life?
This was a quick, fun read with romance, heat, suspense and some psychic powers thrown in. Taryn and Nick are great characters, both carrying pain of loss and betrayal from their pasts. Nick was a wonderfully sexy, alpha male who was so sweet and protective of Taryn. I loved the fact that Nick refused to give up on Taryn even though she tried so hard to push him away. Taryn was a strong independent women, and even though she had a rough time of things after her mother was killed in the fire, she has pulled her life together and found great friends in Jilly and Haley.
The secondary characters were great as well. I can’t wait to go back and ready Jilly’s story and look forward to learning more about Haley in the next installment. The Freedom Moon community was a great setting for this story and it added just the right amount of paranormal to the story, keeping it believable and enhancing the plot.
I really enjoyed this second installment in The Witches of Freedom Moon series. Although I have not read the first book in the series, Hidden Magic, this story can be read as a stand-alone…although I will be going back to read the first book to find out Jilly & Zander’s story.

Taryn was accused of arson 10 years ago in the death of her mother by a Chief of the Fire Department. She always claimed her innocence. Now 10 years later, Taryn was leaving a covern party and was hit over the head with a rock and was found unconscious. She wakes up to a sexy man hovering over her who just happens to be a fireman. She hates firefighters because of the tragedy of 10 years ago, but is instantly attracted to him. Things go from bad to worse for Taryn as there are fires again and people being poisoned in the café where she works and it seems someone is after her.
Nick Hamilton is a firefighter and the Chief of 10 yrs. ago was his father. Nick is not on good terms with his Dad and he feels Taryn is being made a victim for all the crimes. He's madly attracted to her and he believes in her innocence. Will he be able to convince Taryn of the sincerity of his love, will they be able to find the arsonist and the killer of her mother 10 years ago? You are going to have to read this story yourself to find out. We have some favorite characters from book one-Jilly, Haley and Zander. Even though this is the 2nd book you can read it alone. The story pulls you in from the the beginning to the end. Have sexy romance, intrigue and mystery. Looking forward to the next book which I hope is about Haley!

Amazing! Tons of twists and turns that I didn't see coming. I am so glad Taryn was finally able to find a decent man and clear her good name. If you've read the first book in this series, you need to read this one. It's more intense than the first one. Great job Wynter! I would recommend this book for anyone over 18 or older.

Another great book by Wynter Daniels!!!
When two cottages in the village are burned by an arsonist, Taryn Mayberry must use her newly acquired powers to clear her name.
To complete Taryn's bad luck streak sexy fireman Nick is the son of the investigator who accused her setting the fire that killed her mom 10 years ago.
Definitely a page-turner. Sexy fireman, great mystery, and hot love scenes.

Great sequel in the Witches of Freedom Moon series! Following the first book Hidden Magic.
This book is a great action packed, fast read. The story smoothly flows between each scene delivering surprising plot twists and turns.
I enjoyed reading about the characters from the first book and look forward to the next book in the series.

Ok, I so fell in love with this story that I have recommended it to everyone I know. This is the 2nd book in the series and the follow-up did not let me down. The author spins a story of intrigue, mystery, revelations and hotness. I found myself emotionally wrapped up in the tale as well as in the characters lives. Tarryn and Nick made a great couple. Their interaction was tender and touching, humble and protective, compelling and strong. I like a read is nonstop greatness from the beginning to the end.
Wynter Daniels is a great writer and everything I have read by her has been wonderful and leading me to gobble up more of her works. I highly recommend this read and know that you will not be disappointed.

What an awesome book. Taryn Mayberry is found unconscious in the woods by local Fireman Nick Hamilton. Her last memory is of leaving a coven gathering with her friends at the beach. When she wakes she learns that someone has set fire to some of the cabins belonging to her friends. As she and Nick start to look into the fires thief relationship also heats up. This is book 2 in this series and is as sexy and hot as Jilly and Zander's story. Can't wait for Hailey's story! Good job Wynter Daniels!

Taryn and Nick's story is one that I enjoyed reading. Destined love is the best kind there is and this story proves that. They both help each learn to trust and love again. The characters have great chemistry which helps the story flow very well. Great job as always Wynter. This book, just as Hidden Magic, is a must Read that keeps you wanting more causing a struggle with putting the book down. It can easily be read in one sitting.

I really loved this second book! Taryn has had a rough life and she doesn't really have any abilities. But due to some accidents she finds herself more powerful but also caught in the same scandal that happened 10 years ago when her mother died. Nick is awesome and while he may not believe Taryn and her abilities at first he is still there to help. A couple twists in the story keep you wondering till the end. I enjoyed this book and look forward to book 3

Book 2 in The Witches of Freedom Moon series ,is about Taryn, who's Psychic abilities increase after she gets knocked out in the woods. She is found by fireman Nick Hamilton and learns that the camp has also been set on fire. Going back to her past, Taryn is frightened, yet want to know who is doing this to her again. There is also a connection to Nick's father. Another intriguing, sexy read by Wynter Daniels, I guarantee you won't put down.
