My sincerest thanks to Goodreads First Reads who allowed me to participate in this giveaway. Reading has always been a passion in my life. It's always exciting to open a book and to be transported into a new world. This book was no different. I felt that the plot was very strong. I could imagine being in Costa Rica. I felt that the characters could have used just a little more depth to them; however, I didn't feel that it took away from the book in any way. Kudos to you, Overgaard! You made a very good book!

I got this book through a goodreads firstreads drawing.

A book with an exciting plot, but shallow characters.

TM, a dog trainer and security expert, is called to Arizona to help search for cadavers left by a serial killer. He and love interest, the beautiful State Trooper, Carson Cooper pursue the killer. One thing leads to another, and TM finds himself in Costa Rica, delivering ransom, but everything goes wrong.

Some fairly exciting sequences.

This book started off a little slow for me, but man did the action start popping. I recommend this book. If you are like me you will be a little disappointed in the ending, but it leaves room for more books.

I won this book in a Goodreads giveaway.

The plot of this story is good, although I felt it described so much at times the story line dragged.

I recieved a copy from Goodreads.
