A great short story in the Harvath franchise.

A tease to let you know there's more to come....
At least I HOPE that's what this was. Hidden Order is such a good read that I genuinely haven't any adjectives sufficiently superlative to accurately describe it. I genuinely look forward to the next step in the journey of Scott Harvath.
Mr. Thor has done a fantastic job in creating the character of Scott! Really he has. Scott Harvath has the edge, lethal skills, and determination of Mitch Rapp, a creation of the late, great Vince Flynn. He displays the empathy sometimes shown by Lee Child's terrific character, Jack Reacher. He shows humor that, somewhat, reminds of John Corey -- a creation of the talented mind of Nelson DeMille. In the earlier novels, Scott tended to bring to my mind the character of Jason Bourne -- a wonderful creation from the legendary, and dearly departed Robert Ludlum when he was in operation...even more than Mitch Rapp.
In short, Mr. Thor has created a character that I envision can and will shortly see his name be bandied about with those of the tremendous authors I just made reference to. This character could very well soon be on par with the late Mr. Clancy's Jack Ryan and Mr. Ludlum's Bourne.

A nice insight into the personal life of Scot Harvath. Plot certainly plays an important role in books, but it is essential to realise that it is the characters that truly reels readers in, and this extra epilogue certainly proves it.

I hope that the next book will be as good as this chapter was. It seems we might finally be moving into more modern conflict areas like Dubai so that will be interesting to see. I still have a lot of hope for this series and hope it can get back to the original excitement I had for it.

This was a great short read. Brad Thor is one my favoirte authors and Epilogue II has prompted me to order more Thor books in the series. I must say that once I began reading the story, I completed it in very short order. Keep them coming, Brad!

This was an extended ending, not really an alternate ending. It wrapped up a loose end with as much justice as you would expect dished out by Scot Harvath.

A more expected epilogue to Thor's book than that which was originally penned. While I am not sure which I prefer, they offer two sides to the Harvath that readers may be forced to choose one or the other.

So what if you get caught trying to blackmail the United States of America? Probably not going to end well. I like the new President's style here. Hope to see more of him in Act of War. I like how this story completely wraps up Hidden Order. It's a quick read, light and easy.

I liked this ending much better. The original ending was good, but this wrapped the whole thing up even sweeter. Please let Scot and Lara become a family...he is so ready to be a dad!

I liked this ending better than the one on the book. It tidies up the plot neatly. I hope Scot and Lara get to have their happy ending.
