First book I read on trampolining

Takeaways:
- Try to increase hours contributing to mastery by managing time on and off the trampoline: a circuit of on-trampoline exercise, review, conditioning 1 and 2, and preparation for the next turn.
- Focus on height and time of flight.
- Focus on technique while in contact with the trampoline rather than air form.
- Simplify skills by focusing on takeoff technique.
