The knowledge is solid, but the methodology is sorely out of date. The tone can be a bit condescending at times.

Too technical for my needs

This book was a little too dry for me...
Maybe a little too techNical for my needs.
Plenty of examples of minutes and meeting structures

This had a lot more information than I was really looking for. It was dry reading, but I believe a good reference for anyone that will be working in this capacity.
