This book gives you a general knowledge of marketing for the hospitality industry.
This is an interesting book for those who don’t know anything about the subject, or for those who need settle the knowledge of the marketing process.

After reading this book you will have to search more reading about each one of the parts given, in order to master each point.

It is worth as an introduction in the hospitality marketing.
