Soul Savers

Wonder: A Soul Savers Collection of Short Stories: Part 3 - New Years

Rate this book
This final part of the Wonder collection of short stories brings three New Adult Paranormal tales to ring in the New Year.

Desire
In this time of war, Tristan and Alexis rarely enjoy the luxury of time alone together, but they've made a promise to each other for midnight on New Year's Eve. The Daemoni, however, have their own plans and do everything they can to ruin the couple's celebration. How far will they have to go to share their midnight kiss, or is that really too much to hope for?

Fervor
"Being a were-panther is pretty cool … except when you're in love with a werewolf." What do you do when you’re in love with someone you shouldn’t want and can never have? You go to a faerie ball, of course. With a conflict between brain and heart, a dash of faerie mischief, and a masquerade ball like nothing in the earthly realm, this little tale is loosely based on a love story familiar to all little girls. The question Will this were-panther find her true Prince Charming or only more trouble behind the mask?

Resolutions
Four witches, two sides of the line between good and evil, and one party that tests each of their resolutions—and it’s not even the New Year yet. This fun short story pits the wills of each side against the other, challenging their commitments to their causes. But what happens to the human onlookers when untrained mages battle it out?

Meet new characters and revisit your favorites from the world of the bestselling Soul Savers Series by Kristie Cook. This is the final installment of a three-part collection that includes Part 1: Thanksgiving and Part 2: Christmas, both available now.

Another wonderful collection of short stories and recipes. Jessie and Jake's story was so sweet and it was pretty funny to see Alexis and Tristan try to have a midnight kiss at New Years!

Wonder Book Three New Year
The final book of Wonder takes place on New Year’s Eve. The first story is about four witches, two from the Amadis and two from the Daemoni making resolutions. All of these witches attend the same college and the Amadis witches throw a New Year’s party and decide to invite the Daemoni along with the Normans that they attend school with. So how do you think the party turned out??
Story number two brings us back to Rissa, from book one and the new wolf pack that she belongs to. There is a new member in the pack Jessie a were panther that was taken in by the wolf pack and converted to Amadis. In this story our mischievous fairies throw a big ball and the pack is invited to attend. What do these fairies have planned for everyone?? I am not telling!
The final chapter of the final story is about …. You guessed it Tristan and Alexis! These poor two can not catch a break for nothing! All they want is to spend New Year’s Eve together like the Normans do, have fun, dance and get that New Years Kiss at midnight! But the Daemoni have other plans for them and they flash to different places all over the world trying to get that midnight kiss! Did they get it? Not telling that either!
Get your copies of all the Wonder stories and see for yourself how everything comes into play and what the final out comes are! I don’t think I have ever loved short stories as much as I love the stories of Wonder.

This is the third and final installment of the Wonder series, this time based on New Years Eve. There are 3 short stories, the first featuring witches, naive Amadis ones who in the spirit of being great Amadis witches invite two Daemoni witches to their New Years Eve party. The proverbial ends up hitting the fan, but I won't give spoilers, so you will have to read the story to find out what happens.

The second story is loosely based on the Cinderella story and it's main characters are a were panther and a were wolf. It's a fun, light hearted book which had me smiling all the way through it.

Finally the third story is about Tristan and Alexis and their endeavours to share a romantic Midnight kiss on New Years Eve, it's not as easy as you would think.

All three stories are really great, and perfect for this time of year when we all want to read but may not have the time to read long novels that we just can't put down. I read all three stories in under 2 hours.

Kristie is a very talented author and I am so glad she put out this holiday seasons Wonder collection. I recommend all three of them.

I have already read the other 2 short story books (Thanksgiving and Christmas), so I was really excited to read this one. This follows the same format of 3 short stories. All of the stories were wonderful and just like last time, my favorite story is the Alexis and Tristan one! It was action packed as well as romantic...and I enjoyed every second of it!

In the final Wonder Series, these short stories are just as amazing as the other 2 in the series. It gives us insight into the personal lives of our favorite characters in the Soul Savers Series. A celebration of the New Year for our characters.
