Segue into Spin-off What did I like? I like how the author flipped the "bad girl" and everyone got their HEA/HFN. Definitely looking forward to how this affects the story line. Gilda has a way of putting things that is just hilarious. I can't wait for Cassandra's story - she's a hoot!
What did I not like? There was a character that made me just want bring him back from the dead and kill him again, only this time slowly. The former duke was an all around bad character and the destruction he caused had such long reaching effects, made me want to cry.
Would I recommend this to a friend? I recently discovered this series from a release party. I won a book and went out to purchase the rest. I read them in order and I was so happy when I finished. I really like the way this series has developed. This is not a stand alone!
