Once again, I found myself reading a book in Jonathan C. Gillespie’s Beacon series in one sitting; I just couldn’t put it down. In Beacon: Part V, politics come to the fore with humans and aliens engaging in intrigue, suspicion and warlike maneuvers. As Part V comes to a close, an incredible revelation is made and other mysteries are hinted at. Can’t wait to see where the next book in this series goes!
