Living happily ever after has always been part of the plan for Cami and Dylan, but when strange things begin happening around the Wilcock household, Cami simply believes she’s becoming forgetful.
However, when the incidents begin to escalate, both are left feeling vulnerable. Unable to figure out what’s going on, Dylan delves deeper into the mysterious happenings. But when the truth comes out, he finds himself faced with the biggest decision of his life—how far will he go to protect the one he loves?
Lacey Weatherford was born in Ft. Meade Maryland while her father was serving in the military. She has been a life long resident of Arizona, spending most of her time growing up in the small rural town of Clay Springs.
It was while she was attending the small country school in Clay Springs, that she read her first "big" book at the age of eight. It was a Nancy Drew novel and Lacey was instantly hooked. She read every book that she could find in the series and decided that she wanted to write stories too.
Lacey spent a lot of time at the library from that time forward, even volunteering in her later teen years and early twenties. She would don a crazy clown outfit for the Friends of the Library fundraisers in an effort to help get the new town library built.
When she and her husband moved away from the area, Lacey took the opportunity to take some creative writing classes at the local college to help further along her interests. Several years later, they were blessed with the opportunity to move back to Clay Springs with their family. The town had finally succeeded in building their library and Lacey had the opportunity to be President of the Friends of the Library for a very short time, before relocating.
Lacey and her family still live in the White Mountains of Arizona, where she continues to write young adult novels that have a fantasy/fairytale or paranormal bent to them, as well as being sure to include a great romantic storyline!
GOSH WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU, LACEY WEATHERFORD??!!!!! HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO US? YOU'RE CRUEL. YOU DON'T JUST WRITE A FUCKING SCENE LIKE THAT AND END IT JUST LIKE THAT! HOW DARE YOU?! THAT'S INHUMANE!
I was still recovering from that baby scene and then AS IF IT WASN'T ENOUGH, BAM! YOU ADD THAT FREAKING SCENE!
And I don't think Cami and Dylan could survive all of that in a year! A YEAR?! ARE YOU SERIOUS? If I were them it would took me forever to recover from all that shit you've put them through! Jeeez I'm so mad I'm shaking!!!!!!!!
I've never been so mad about about a book before so because of that, I'll give this 5 stars! Hee hee just kidding. I love you Lacey and I'll give this 5 stars because you're awesome!
Oh. My. Freaking. Goodness. This book is awesome. And awful. Joyful. Painful. Jaw-droppingly amazing. Seriously, I may not be able to sleep tonight. Are you trying to kill me, Lacey???
It started with the sweetest, most swoonworthy Valentine's Day ever, as celebrated by Cami and Dylan Wilcock. They were so happy, laughing over racy humor and reveling in their love for each other. I sighed and awwed, chortling a little at their antics, but underneath there was a sort of dreadful anticipation. In suspense stories, I've noticed that the happier the main characters are at the beginning, the worse it is going to be before the end. Never has that been more true.
I was glued to every page from beginning to end. I guessed the identity of the troublemaker pretty early on, but there were a couple of twists that I did not see coming. While the mystery wasn't all that mysterious, the suspense was...murderous. I swear, I didn't move at all during the latter two thirds of the book except to turn pages. If you are an angst weenie, this book is not for you. As for me, I loved it, even when it made me cry. Which it did. A lot.
Cami and Dylan were at their absolute best. I don't want to spoil anything, but you see new sides to them that made me love them even more. Especially Dylan. Russ, Dylan's best friend and fellow firefighter, played a large part in the story, and I think he could make a great hero in his own right. I can fall in love with two characters in one book, right?
Love is darker, more intense than Crush or Smitten and it is officially my new favorite Lacey Weatherford novel. The emotions are so powerfully conveyed that I felt each and every one of them along with the characters. Now that it's over, I find myself torn between my usual, selfish desire for a sequel and a wish that Cami and Dylan never experience enough trouble to warrant another novel again.
I received an e-copy of this book from the author in exchange for a fair and honest review.
My 4.5 Star Review for Love (Crush #3) by Lacey Weatherford “I love you, Dylan,” She whispered before pressing her lips to mine. “Thank you for loving me back.” “I couldn’t breathe without you,” I said against her skin, wondering if she really knew she was my whole world. Then I set out to show her.
Dylan and Cami finally get their happy ever after. Although Dylan isn’t undercover anymore his new job as a firefighter is still dangerous none the less. Picking up a little before Smitten left off, Dylan and Cami are getting ready for the next chapter in their lives..... Parenthood.
My gaze drifted to Cami’s rounded belly and I thought of the child growing there, our baby, our son, made out of the love between us. I’d never realized how easy it would be to love someone I’d never even met; and I loved this little boy, plain and simple. Life truly was a miracle and something I’d never take for granted.
While adjusting to her growing belly, Cami is exhausted, preparing for the baby, taking care of a new puppy and writing her music. When things start to get a little weird, Cami believes it is her pregnancy hormones that are causing her forgetfulness but those good ol’ police instincts in Dylan tell him otherwise. “Someone was in the house with me,” I finished for him, my voice weak and soft. He nodded confirming my conclusion. “I didn’t want to tell you. I know you haven’t felt the greatest with your pregnancy and I didn’t want to worry you with this. And I don’t want you to be afraid to be in our home; but it won’t be our home anymore if I can’t ensure that you’re safe in it.” “But who would do this? And why?”
When the incidents turn violent, Dylan and Cami find themselves in a fight for their lives. They are forced into hiding. Cami does her best to remain strong while Dylan stops at nothing to find out who is behind it all. When things take a turn for the worst, Dylan and Cami’s relationship is put to the ultimate test.
“Cami, honey. I’m so sorry I didn’t protect you well enough. Please, I beg you, don’t leave me. Give me another chance.” The knot was back in my throat and my tears fell onto the bed. “I can’t live without you.” The only reply was the beep and sound of the machines she was attached to, but I didn’t care.
This is one of my favorite series. This book had it all! Love and I mean the full on blissed out love, happiness, excitement, suspense, loss and violence. Have the tissues handy because Lacey serves up heart ache after heart ache on a silver platter. My heart broke over and over again. I mean jawdroppingheartbreakingagony. I admit, I was cursing the author a time or two. Oh and did I mention that tissues are needed? They say god only gives you what you can handle... Well Dylan and Cami are pretty much super heroes in my book!
“I love you, Goody,” I whispered. “And on my life, I swear, no one will ever tough you, again.”
Through it all Dylan and Cami fight tooth and nail for what they want. The support they get from their family and friend and especially Russ, Dylan’s best friend.. OMG RUSS, I fell in love with him and his dedication. He is such a wonderful character and a great friend that anyone to be honored and blessed to have in their lives. (I am really hoping that he gets a story or even a nice novella *Hint Hint* Mrs. Weatherford)
It started as a CRUSH, then I became SMITTEN and now I am head over heels in LOVE.
I highly recommend this series. A wonderful read. Lacey did a fantastic job.
At the end of Smitten, book 2 of the Crush series, Dylan (he doesn’t use his undercover cop name, Hunter, any longer, and Cami, were married and expecting their first child. He was no longer a cop, but was a fireman/ paramedic. They had just moved into a huge house and life was good.
Love starts out a little bit before that, with Cami surprising Dylan with her pregnancy news. He is ecstatic and they make plans for their new baby boy.
“Cami, you’re going to be the most beautiful mother anyone has ever seen. I hope our children will know how lucky they are.” “Children? Do you know something I don’t?” I chuckled and leaned over, bending to kiss her neck before sliding lower. “Only that I can’t seem to keep my hands off you; so our odds of having more than one seem pretty good.”
But there are weird happenings surrounding them. Dylan’s police instincts tell him these things are not coincidences, and both he and/or Cami are being targeted. Cami is blissfully unaware of what is going on. Dylan brought home a Dalmatian puppy and she is in love. Along with caring and training for her new puppy, she is planning the nursery and still working on her music.
The incidences are growing more frequent and then things take a horrible turn. Get out the tissues and keep them coming, because you are going to need them! It is one heart break after another and the violence mounts. Cami and Dylan try so hard to overcome their grief but at one point they are almost drowning in sorrow. I had big, fat tears rolling down my eyes, and in the next moment, I kept holding my breath because I was so scared and overwhelmed by the events. Who is doing these things and why?
“This has all been too horrible for words, but you need to know…I don’t want to be anywhere that you aren’t. I love you.”
I loved this series, but this book had more suspense and violence than the previous ones. I just could not believe what was happening to these two characters. My heart broke for them and at one point; I had to step away from the story for a bit.
Dylan didn’t release me, his face buried in my hair. “Cami, I’m so sorry.” He said, his voice thick with emotion. “Please. I love you so much. Please don’t hate me. I’m so sorry.”
The love these two share is unbreakable. But I have to say, Cami’s strength and faith is just incredible. She is one strong, resourceful female character. I hope their best friend Russ gets a story. He is a rock for them, as they are for him and he deserves to find his own “Cami”.
Can't wait for this book! Look at that cover, those pearly whites. It blinds me (he can blind me any day) :) Love the little heart note pegged on the line. It's so cute. I don't want to wait until February. I want it now. I want some Hunter/Dylan :D I think we deserve some of that since the ending of the last book.
After reading: This book was so emotional. I was laughing one minute and then the next, I'm crying. Better have the tissue boxes when reading this one. This book is absolutely amazing! The relationship between Cami and Dylan was so sweet. They were adorable. Can't wait for the next book which is about Russ! Hope we get to see a bit of Dylan and Cami in that one as well.
I am always happy when we get more Dylan and Cami, so I thoroughly enjoyed this book.... A bit hectic and sad what all happened to them, but what I really liked the most was that they pulled through together and the book did not see them ripping each other apart....which always seems to happen when authors write several books about the same characters... Looking forward to reading about Russ soon...
I was given a ARC in exchange for my honest review.
So Love the final installment deserves more than 5 stars. There aren't enough stars I could give this. Lacey takes us on a roller coaster ride of emotions, highs and lows and a whole lot of mystery and suspense, shocks and twists and a whole lot of WOW and holy s***!!! We start out a couple years after everything happened in book 2. Everything is going smoothly and we get to see Hunter and Cami happy and pregnant with their first child. Crazy and creepy stuff starts happening early on. Little minor things that start leading up to major and huge things. Realizing something is not right and they are being stalker and their lives are in danger they enter witness protection. And they are trying to move on with their lives and be happy and care free. But out of nowhere their lives are turned upside down yet again. They were found and things will never be the same. I cannot give too much away. But from that point on it's AMAZING and intense. it keeps you questioning throughout the entire book who is doing this? why? of course we all have theories. I had like 4 LOL. It was very fun and intense. I love these characters. Hunter, how he takes care of Cami and loves her, he is probably one of the sweetest and most amazing fictional male characters EVER. Cami, is beautiful, smart, charming, sweet, strong.I was so proud of her by the end of the book. AMAZING woman and character. Russ, what can I say about him? he is HILARIOUS and I probably would not of made it outta this book without him. The last 10% of the book turned into something I did not even see coming. Lacey sure brings the shock value. I was blown away. You will never see the ending coming or what happens. Speechless. Amazing. Best book ever. DONE! best of the series 100% Hurry off now and read it... I will wait... seriously... get this series and start NOW !!!!!!!!
PS- make sure you have LOTS of kleenex handy!!!
"Sorry. I'm a trained police officer. My eyes tend to go toward the biggest threat in the room." ( HILARIOUS!)
"Don't worry. Cruel a DeVil is emasculating another poor man right now. She didn't hear you enjoying yourself over here."
"Hey, now. There's only one cowboy I ride in these here parts,"
"Life has been terribly boring without you guys. Turns out, watching you and Dylan make out is one of my favorite pastimes after all. You don't know what you've got until it's gone."
"Well, I don't know about Cami and Dylan, but I'm definitely voting you off the island,"
I recommend that you read the first two books in the series. I just love this couple. There are no games, no manufactured drama. You know now how strongly in love this couple is.
In LOVE, Cami and Dylan need to make some changes in their lives since there is a stalker who is outing them in danger. This is what I love about this series. It is not only a beautiful romance between Dylan and Cami, but there is also a story a mystery with suspense. Dylan and Cami do not know who could possible want to hurt them. Dylan wants to take extra steps to make sure that Cami is protected so they have to go into hiding. I loved this part of the story. I love how you see this couple once again transform into other people.
I don’t want to say anymore since I am not sure how many of you have read the first two books in the series but with every book you see Dylan and Cami evolve in their relationship. Through the good and the bad, you see how much they love each other. I do not want to give anything away. The situation that Cami and Dylan had to deal with was very dangerous. I want to end the review by saying that Lacey did an amazing job with this one. Situations that Cami and Dylan went though were written very well. What an amazing series.
A copy was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.
Lacey, were you trying to KILL ME or what? This was seriously amazing!
The story began all happy and cheerful with a lot of I-love-yous and then BAM, mystery-level on 250%. All the plot twists were on unexpected moments and I freaking loved it. But seriously, Cami is one bad-ass girl. She's been through SO much (I thought the list wouldn't stop!!) and she kept trying to make the best of her life. And I adore and admire her for that.
But oh my god, the last scenes... Gosh, I hope now the terror for Cami and Dylan is over, because they suffered enough.
By the way, I hope someday I'll find my own Dylan! What a amazing man! ♥
I'm already looking out for the 4th book about Russ! October 12, please be here soon ;)["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>
Back-Story: Of course, I've read the first two books to the series. I typically always finish out series even if they've started to lose my interest, like this one did.
Review: I didn't review the first two books on Goodreads but for the most part I liked them both. All of the books are a bit farfetched in my opinion, but sometimes you just have to let go of logical thinking with books and just enjoy the story. This series is one of those. I really liked the first book because it had such a 21 Jump Street vibe to it (the show not the awful movie). The second one I didn't like as much as the first but it was still okay in my opinion.
Looks- Same guy on all of the covers so I'm glad that they were consistent in that regard. I also like how the first and third covers both have a note on it written from the main characters.
Content- I know that a lot of teenagers are going to adore this book. It's really, really geared towards the reading level and the typical characters that teenage girls like to read about.
I like that this last book jumps a couple years into the future from where the second book left off. It made it more believable about how high up Dylan is in his new job that he talked about pursuing in the second book. It was nice to see their married lives and how they have progressed in their relationship.
I have two main problems with this book: 1) the extremity of how unrealistic it is, and 2) the MANY MANY MANY grammar and spelling errors.
I was able to look past all of the flaws in the unrealistic plotline of the first two books but I guess I really couldn't take it for a third. From how the police seemed to be a bunch of bumbling idiots about how they handled the repeated intrusions of Dylan's and Cami's house to how they handled putting them into the "witness protection program," (I don't remember Weatherford specifically saying the WPP but the idea was similar) it's all just so incredibly unrealistic, it almost hurt to read. I've read a couple books written from people who were legitimately put into the witness protection program and they don't just simply dye the wife's hair a different color--doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to the FORMER POLICE OFFICER who has brought this target into their lives--and send them so close to home to hide. I mean, seriously? Let's just dye Cami's hair and no one will ever know. No one will pay attention to Dylan who looks exactly the same as he did when he was an undercover police officer. No one will find out. (sarcasm) Also let's just automatically make him into a cop again because it's that easy. I'll just give you back your badge and your gun and you're good to go. We can just bypass the paperwork, that's not important (of course it might have been done in the background and not mentioned but it literally seems like the chief is just like, here you go, you can be a cop again because I said so). No government job would be that easy to become a part of again. Just saying. I could go on but I'll just stop there. The plot was the most unrealistic one of all three books. And extremely predictable, right down to the last sentence of the epilogue.
The character development was the best in this book compared to the previous two. Both Dylan and Cami come a long way in development from the beginning of this book to the end so that's definitely a positive. But they're both so fake. They're both made out to be practically perfect people. They look perfect--perfect faces, perfect bodies. Their personalities are made to be perfect--like how both of them are constantly wanting to give to the other person, pretty much never getting mad/frustrated with each other--like they don't even have personality traits. It's just them fawning over each other. And, I mean, really? Dylan went from an undercover police officer to a squad leader (don't know if that's the right term) firefighter/EMT, is insanely rich, looks perfect, never says anything wrong (at least in this book). Obviously, he's fake and just a made-up book character, but you could at least try to make him seem like he could actually be a person. Just maybe.
Lastly, I'm not exaggerating when I say there has to be AT LEAST 100+ spelling/grammatical errors. Weatherford, if you do legitimately have beta readers like you claim, you need to get some new ones because it seems like no one even bothered to read over your rough draft before it was sent to publication. Now I realize that Weatherford has had health issues in the past, and she specifically mentioned struggling with them during the writing of this book, but there's really no excuse for how poorly this book was written. I feel like most readers, including myself, can forgive this book coming out late because of the writer's health problems. It happens. It's difficult. It's hard to write sometimes even when you're in perfect health. But I feel like Weatherford was in such a hurry to get this book released because it was late that she didn't even care how poorly it was written. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person who would have preferred the book to be a bit more delayed if it meant being able to read even a single sentence without an ENTIRE WORD being left out. That was the main issue. Sentences would have words left out so you would kind of have to guess what word was missing to make the sentence make sense. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I'd be surprised if even ONE single page of the book didn't have this error in it. The previous two books had similar issues with spelling and grammar but this one is by far the worst.
Likes: Cami's and Dylan's relationship.
Dislikes: Unrealistic plot. Unrealistic perfect characters with perfect personality traits. Predictable plot, particularly the ending. SO MANY GRAMMAR ERRORS. JUST STOP WITH THE GRAMMAR ERRORS.
Overall: Recommend? No. You really don't have to read this book, even if you've read the previous two. I think it would've been much better if Weatherford would've stuck with her original plan of having "Crush" a standalone instead of making it into a series. Even my sister who generally bypasses the grammar errors in her reading and ALWAYS finishes reading books and series, couldn't even finish this book because of how bad the plot was and how bad the grammar is.
This review is basically for all of the three books and also Lacey Weatherford is so new to me.
When I started on Crush I didn’t think much of it, nor was I liking how far I got with it. But, Hunter and Cami is not all what I would have expected but I loved the characters, the HS dramas, the feels, the friendships their chemistry and one big wtf bomb of a twist I didn’t expect.
So when I started on Smitten, I became more curious about Dylan and Cami. So of course more drama surrounded this trio and I loved the pace of how each book is different yet it brings and gives really good mind games. I adored their chemistry and love for each other that grew, and even though drama was at every corner, I just loved how strong they both held onto the fate of their love. So a surprising twist had the end had me loving this couple more.
Now, comes Love.... oh boy I was gutted with this ending of Dylan/Hunter and Cami. The final book left me reeling with lots of emotions and I’m so glad this series was everything you will not expect in Book 3.
This is the third book in the CRUSH series, and I must say this is the best among the three there is. I finished this earlier, and yes, I’m typing my review this early, since the emotions are still fresh and I think my heart just stopped bleeding from all the torture Lacey had given me in this novel.
YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE ALL OVER AGAIN.
Dylan and Cami are still head over heels in love with each other – you can feel it within the pages, and theirs is the love you wished you can experience as well. They are those type of couples who are comfortable with their emotions, and not minding a little PDA every now and then. They have been through a lot since book one, and now, two years later, Cami is very much pregnant with Dylan’s child – no thanks to a failed birth control (they should really review on how to use birth control!). The passion is very much alive, and they can’t still keep their hands off each other.
THE MYSTERY
But, this has been happening around their house that had left Dylan worried about Cami’s safety. Problem is, all evidences with regards to the incidents that has been happening to their house is pointing at Cami. At first, I was entertaining the idea that it could be her – there has to be some kind of dissociative disorder, or whatever – but then, when an alibi came up, she was off my list. It has to be someone from their past. Someone who seeks revenge maybe from Dylan, from Cami or from the both of them. The incidents had made the hairs on my arms raise, and gave me the creeps – whoever they are, they really know how to shake the couple’s world (and yes, including the reader’s as well). They/He/She had a well-orchestrated plan that leaves no evidence at all. Dylan tries his best in keeping Cami and their unborn baby safe.
THE CHASE
I had this mantra on my brain: PLEASE DON’T LET HIM/HER FIND THEM, PLEASE KEEP CAMI AND HER BABY SAFE. I was keeping my fingers crossed while reading the new life the couple had to assume after another incident. But bad luck seemed to catch them up, just as when I thought they were safe, another thing happened, it was heartbreaking, and I really thought it was the end of them.
They have proved me wrong. This novel strengthened the love and commitment Dylan and Cami had for each other. They had been through worse, and this may be the number one on their list, but they didn’t let it drive their relationship apart, instead, it had made it stronger.
You thought they’re okay that the ‘culprit’ has been caught?! THINK AGAIN!
I was already relaxing, ready to get to the end of the novel, ready for an HEA when someone knocked at the door and gave me another surprise. OMG. This isn’t over yet. If I thought that what they had been through was the worst, I haven’t seen anything yet. Because Dylan watching Cami suffered, and he can’t do anything about it was killing my heart one word at a time. It was just awful!!!!
Nevertheless, big thanks to Russ and Chris for coming to the rescue several times, not only that they are the biggest part of the support system of our couples, but they have been life savers. And Russ – he’s VERY loyal and would do anything for the couple. I wished he can get his own CAMI (SOON!). He really deserved it after what he did in this book.
The series is definitely in this order: #CRUSH, #SMITTEN, SUPER #LOVE. This novel had me hooked, stunned, with its finger-biting type of suspense. Never thought this series could get any better, but Lacey Weatherford sure knows how to take her readers on the edge of their seats with their hearts up to their throats. This one was a one big roller coaster ride that had me in surprise. I thought I have already seen and know how much Dylan and Cami love each other - but here, you will see how deep and strong their love is, when it is tested by fate in the worst possible way. Their love withstood every trial that fate throws at them, they might have struggled a bit to survive it, but they have done it with flying colors.
Again, don’t miss this book!
✪Complimentary Copy was given in exchange for an honest review.✪
Love is the final book in the Cami x Dylan chronicles. We've watched these two since high-school (sort of), battling maniac after maniac, surviving and being even more in love after that. I enjoyed this book. I loved seeing Cami and Dylan happy together, in blissful matrimony. However, if I'm being completely honest with myself, I'm not sure if this book was 100% necessary.
I mean, as much as I love Dylan and Cami, I could've done without it. I didn't feel like there was a need to put them through all that - or maybe I should say THAT - especially since it didn't add to their relationship. No need to strengthen an already unbreakable love, you know?
Writing this, after having read the companion novel Smolder, I feel almost like this book was written soley for Russ's story, so he'll have something traumatic to set everything in motion. And it was truly traumatic, I'll give it that.
I think I could've gotten over that feeling if the book was believable... but it wasn't. I mean, first of all - I watch ton of cops shows. It's not really that easy to move someone to witness protection. Sure, there is the fact that Dylan is a cop (or ex cop, whatever), but still. It was a bit too easy for my tastes.
Then there was Give me a break.
However, they were adorable together. And their love for one another a bit overwhelming, and all inspiring. I wish I had a relationship like that (though, at this point, any relationship will do lol).
All in all, not Weatherford's best work, but still enjoyable.

I missed Cami and her bossiness, "I'm fine, Dylan. Now shut up and let's finish what you started." Grinning, I dropped my pants and crawled onto the bed, stroking my hand over her curves through the think, silk fabric." I really loved this affectionate side of Dylan, "Dylan stood and pulled me against him. "Then her must be like his daddy. I get excited when I hear your voice." He'd still do anything for Cami, "Dylan leaned forward, lightly stroking my face with his dirty thumb. "I promise I'll take you someday." His gaze drifted over me. "When you're less pregnant." I just overall loved the atmosphere that Cami and Dylan would create while they're together: "Hey now. There's only one cowboy I ride in these here parts," she said with a country drawl and I couldn't help laughing. "Well, keep riding him. He likes it." I'm glad Cami and Dylan had gotten things worked out because with these two you can't help but want happy endings.
Sadly for me, this 3rd book in this series was a little unnecessary. Hadn't this couple already been thru enough? There were parts in this where i was just wanting the story to move on a bit faster, too many pages filled with fluff. BUt then there was the suspence & drama, which did keep me on the edge of my chair. I hope Cami & Dylen have a peaceful HEA from here on out.
A positive... This did make me keen to read Russ's story.
Gag me with a spoon. I skipped the last 25% of it. This is most of the book "I love you" I love you goody" "you're my air" "you're the best" "no you're the best". Okay I get it they're in love. And I hate hate hate when this one thing happens it books when it's not necessary and it happened! It didn't make the story better so why add it, it just pissed me off. I wasted a few hours of my life on this book and it's sad because liked the first two books in this series
I skimmed thru the pages of this book out of curiosity, so I guess its not fair for me to give a rating on it without actually reading it.
Thru the skimming I did, I have gotten the whole gist of the story, however it didn't quite intrigued or absorbed me as the first two books (which I thought are the only 2).
--- Initial Reaction: Meh. There's still more? I'm not really sure if I should be happy about this discovery.
It was good but at the same time a little mushy and gooey when it came to some scenes. But once the story started to flow it went at a steady pace and kept my interest.
It had me tearing up for a quite a few scenes and laughing at others. But in the end Cami and Dylan are still a great couple and even though they go through hell and back they became stronger for it in the end.
Overall its a good series with a touch of violence and drama
WTF??? I am seriously..... What??? This is crazy. I seriously had no idea how this book would end. Every time I thought things were back to normal there was always another Bang around the corner, louder than the previous one. If i survived this book I am certain I can survive all the others to come. I can not even think coherently right now.
Wow. This book was very suspenseful. There were parts that were really hard for me to read because it was so intense and sad. The last 10% was shocking. Love Dylan and Cami! I don't think this book could be read as a standalone but I highly recommend reading this whole series!
This book had all the feels! I felt "crushed, smitten, and loved" and not exactly in that order, but in the end I still loved Cami and Dylan! There story is definitely filled with many twist and turns! Hats off to the author for giving me another page turner! :)
